INGREDIENTS -
Ingredients - Lemon Pickle
Lemon - 8 (mixed with 2 tbsp of Salt and kept for 3 days)
Fenugreek Seeds - 2 table spoon
Black Caraway - 1 table spoon
Fennel Seeds - 1 table spoon
Coriander seeds (crushed) - 1 table spoon
Black Mustard Seeds - 1 table spoon
Red Chilli powder - 4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - ½ + ½ tsp
Edible Oil - 300 ml

निम्बू - ८ (२ चम्मच नमक में ३ दिनो तक रखे हुए)
मेथी दाना - २ चम्मच
कलोंजी - १ चम्मच
सोंफ़ - १ चम्मच

राई - १ चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - ४ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
हींग - १/२ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - ३०० एम. एल.

Kalpana Shrestha ji, iss achar ko tel daalne ke baad dhoop mein rakhne ki zaroorat Nahi.
Dhoop ke bina bhi 7 Dino mein achar Bankar taiyaar ho jayega.

Thank you so very much for this recipe. With time on our hands, we are going to make it today itself. I miss the pickle jars (martaban) we had so long ago. After this, we'll make the sweet version too. This will provide us with 'probiotic' with our meals. Even though the monsoons are upon us, we'll use sunlight later when we'll do other varieties of pickles from your recipes. Thank you once again.
