Israel is still sovereign over Gaza and Judea (The West Bank) legally and they have a right to defend and administer a Refugee crisis as any other country has done in the past. The illusion of self-determination for the Palestinians by giving them there own government that can administer the people but doesn't is the problem, no other country in the world gives Refugees a piece of land to create their own country or city-state while allowing them to retain their own Refugee status, Israel has a right and a responsibility to be in Gaza and Judea (The West Bank) to control the immigration, Refugee and naturalization process because the Palestinian authorities are doing it nor are the sovereign over the land.
