  • Matching sake with food doesn't need to be a difficult process. Even for an omakase sushi course (where you can be served more than 20 different types of sushi), just follow these simple tips and enjoy!
This is the final video in my Hidden Japan video series!

Very helpful. The bit about letting it warm up and change character makes so much sense, but isn't something I would've thought about off the bat.

Hey nice edit. I have been watching your videos just now and I find content like this really inspiring to get out there and be creative. I really want to improve my ability to upload regular content and seeing experiences like these you have just had motivates me to capture more! Appreciate you what you are doing. Peace.

The correct name for this type of Japanese rice wine is 日本酒 or 'nihonshu'. Seeing as this was written in the opening titles of the video in Japanese, it would have been nice to teach that name to us watching the video. Other than that I thought there was great detail given in explaining the different level in the alcohol and so on, which is great for someone like me who knows quite little about it.
