Hi, nice video. Just wondering why going from the 300g 48/32/20 split to 50/25/25 is acceptable? When talking about profiling are we not aiming to replicate the split on the smaller batch? I genuinely don't know the answer

Not very. Look at the roast profile in the description. He got pretty close to second crack in about 3 minutes of post first crack development time and finished in less than 12 minutes. All of our roasters have a lot of power on tap.
