I went through all the steps and set up my chatbot but the chat won't respond when I try communication. I tried rewriting my original prompt and still nothing, I also turned on the default reply.. any suggestions you can think of?

Absolutely! In this case I am showing the new default reply feature now powered by chatgpt. But, you can create different flows and “embed” documentation (by just copy and pasting the data + providing a prompt) and the chatbot will work exactly as you want it to
What program or site are you copying those things into? What is the first screen you show in the video. I know you’re using OpenAI’s API key, but what is the thing you’re putting the API key into?

I'd love to offer a smart AI powered chatbot to my website clients but does the $50 subscription, as I suspect, enable you to run a single ChatBot, or is it a subscription to a platform that lets you develop multiple ChatBots? It's a great looking bit of software at first glance but my clients are mostly small businesses, sole traders etc, so sadly it would be a difficult sell to the vast majority at $50 per business. Can anyone clarify this for me, or are the computing costs of AI powered Chatbot/assistant currently unrealistic for smaller businesses who are not overwhelmed with queries but are just looking to save a accouple of hours a week having AI answering common queries, including out of hours and perhaps building an email lists etc. Also if my dreams come true and I can use this to create bots for multiple clients, what are the limits on the number of bots I could run. Sorry for the noob questions, I'm still on a luring curve with AI. Thanks.

Hi, I have create a first Welcome message using "Flow". but when I test it, the bot didnt respond anything. For information, I choose french langage by default and I use the French in the chat
I also added my openai key
@@ASC20001 haha that was the first thing I was going to ask.
Here’s what to do: got to settings > integrations > click open ai > double check your prompt > make sure you have the blue tick checked for the default reply to be turned on.
Now every time someone talks to the bot it will reply based on your prompt.
If for any reason it doesn’t work, go to the flows tag, and click on “error log” and this will show you the problem.
If all seems like it should still be working but doesn’t return a reply, I’d say to double check your API key from open ai, and ensure you haven’t gone over your billing limit and that you’ve got a card on file with Open Ai.

That's great but how do you train ChatGPT to do more than this.. train it to only respond to your business related queries, incorporate it with other chatbot flows (ex: booking a service, browsing products, etc)?

Hi! After several tries, i am not sure what i'm doing wrong. I followed the steps as shown in your video, but somehow the webchat does not respond. I also double and triple checked my prompt, which is almost 1:1 the one you used. When i ask my questions i see the 3 dots as if it was generating an answer but then nothing follows. Can you help me with that?

@@baggottsbotsdigitalmarketi9524 Okay so the weirdest thing happened it was running all of yesterday fine and after fine tuning the prompt was working a treat, i woke up to see no messages being replied to on my facebook page, i then went to your website and tried to log in through facebook which it would not let me, i then tried through email which it did let me and then i connected to the facebook page and was back in but the account was wiped from flows and everything like a brand new account.
@@AstaSonner please send me an email and I’ll check it out ryan@baggottsbots.com we had a surge of visitors to the site in the last 48 hours or so, and saw that some DNS settings needed to be tweaked but this was solved within just a few minutes.
So sorry you’re experiencing those issues but I’ll make sure you’re sorted out. If I had to guess, I’d suspect you’ve made a second account and that’s why it appears to be new.

The knowledge base has a limited to 10K which I don't think will be enough. Water is also competitor for your website. Good luck.
Hey thanks for the comment! GPT3.5 allows for 4k tokens per response which is about 10k characters. GPT4 has 8K and 32k available. We also integrate with DialogFlow which will allow a knowledge base of up to 2000 FAQs per knowledge base and you can have as many knowledge bases as you want with DialogFlow. I have a issue, I want the bot to let customers know where the shop location is (Ive given the info)
However when someone asks (Where are you located?) It says As an AI language model, I am not physically located anywhere. I exist solely as a computer program and can be accessed from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
Is there anything else I can assist you with?

@@AstaSonner yeah! You can solve this in your prompt. What i recommend you do, is install the free template I uploaded last night. Check the flow and read the prompts I wrote; that will give you my exact method to keep the bot on track!
Basically it’s important to provide what to AND what not to do and examples within your prompt of {Assistant message/ User message} will solve this issue from OpenAI.
So you essentially explained nothing, great job mate!

Hey there, I've recently started using this website to make a chatbot, can you still apply a "Maximum Tokens" setting when connecting OpenAI to the bot? I can't seem to find it. Any help would be appreciated! Loving the tool so far.
I have checked the 'edit > 'more options' but can't find it, the only option I have is Temperature.
