Not being mean but your never going to loose weight by eating this types of foods & make the portion smaller & try not to snack every hour no sugars ,bread, & exercise even walking in ur place try fasting I do that and it is hard but you’ll see a difference

No one can eat like this! It’s not a way to live! I’m such a big supporter of Chantal always praying for her, rooting for her and standing up for her but my heart is breaking seeing that she truly does not want to change for herself. There’s nothing anyone can do for her if she doesn’t want it and eating 2,000+ calories in one sitting (which is more than I eat in a whole day by 500 calories), is 🤯. And it’s awful calories full of preservatives and hidden sugars/fats. I just don’t watch as often now because I get really bummed out for her especially being a nurse and knowing the truth behind medicine and these medications. And yes every persons situation is different but no not THAT different . No diabetic is told to eat like that EVER. I’ll still be praying and manifesting for her from afar but this is truly breaking my heart. I mean as long as she’s happy and knows what’s she’s doing to herself then that’s all that can be said. 🙏🏼

I have been a silent watcher for years. I am also a Type 2 diabetic. I know how much it sucks to change your eating habits but living is more important. I know you can do it. Please know your worth ❤

also: 7:15 the amount food on the fork or the gigantic piece of bread u stuff in your face..doesnt look like u really ENJOY your food..

My favorite is the bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken has a really good flavor and the sandwich is huge. I leave off the bacon, lettuce and tomatoes, and substitute broccoli for the fries.
Chantal, if you heard or felt a pop in your back please get it checked out. I felt a pop in my spine a few years ago and was extreme pain that it affected my mobility. It wasn't until a few years later I was in the ER for pneumonia and after having a CT scan the Doctors asked me when and how I broke my back. I knew at the time I injured my back when I heard the pop but never realized I broke it. My back is healing now because of the medication I am taking. Please be careful and don't ignore it like I did

My son always orders that. It's called Ultimate Cajun Pasta. The Ultimate has both the shrimp and chicken. The regular Cajun Pasta is one or the other, shrimp or chicken.
Oh Yay!! I love Chili’s!!!! Yesss the salsa is so delicious it’s my favorite. Very flavorful. 😋 The skillet queso is really delicious too, I can fill up on that before the food comes out.☺️☺️ Their fajitas and quesadillas are good and I also like the margarita grilled chicken with rice and beans. 💕💕 Mouth is watering now. 😋

I haven’t been to Chili’s since my mom passed away from cancer 11 years ago. We used to go sometimes for lunch on Saturdays. They do have good chips! I haven’t had their pasta.

I tried a zero sugar Dr Pepper the other day and omg it was the most disgusting thing I ever tasted in my life. The aftertaste is horrific. Maybe other drinks are different
