this happends to me but when i searched looking how to get rid of xbox controls i was looking to get rid of the actual xbox button controls

that isnt xbox mode, proper xbox mode is when you are literally in xbox mode, meaning every key and button is xbox mode. I need help figuring this out

I can help, go into device manager, right click "[Insert xbox name or whatever] Controller" then press disable, then restart ur pc
