- Here is some close ups from my self built Dengfu e10 carbon frameset. The motor power is verry verry sensitive and not that punchy as Bosch or Rocky Mountains Powerplay motor but definitly very smooth and fun to ride.
UPDATE August 2021 NEW FIRMWARE: Guys, great news for all of us. I just updated my firmware with the Besst Tool to CRX10NC4813i142015.8-28-2230-20210805 and the bike now performes GREAT!! It has peak power of max 750 watt now, climbs like a goat and still feels super natural. With this firmware the m500 keeps up with the motor leaders of Bosch and Brose!!!
I love the natural feeling and range is GREAT 💪 with the 840wh battery.
When reaching 33 % of battery level the power reduces to the maximum of around 240 watt - when under 25 % it reduces power to 200 watt maximum.
UPDATE August 2021 NEW FIRMWARE: Now when battery gets to 30% power is cut to around 500w, at 20% power is cut to 250w and at 10% power is cut to 200w.
Total costs of frameset, battery and motor:
E10 in UD matt finish: $799
A headset for E10: $14
Rear thru axle for E10: $10
M500 Bafang motor 48V 500W: $650
Battery 48V 17.5Ah: $350
Paint white glossy: $85 - Hudba

sick build !
It looks nice in white.
I've just started the ordering process, can't wait to build it up.
Enjoy!
It is a really good geometry 👍👌
@@MatthiasSanter where are you all ordering from and what is the specs on the Geo?
@@da12641 Ordering at different webstores depending on prices and delivery times. For Geo Specs please visit the site of dengfu - i dont have all the details
LOVED
Very neat
I love this frame, wish they would have done one for the M620 motor!
Santa Fu ? :D
Beautiful bike, beautiful build, did you buy directly through Dengfu ? , also how long was shipping ?. I'm in the US. Thanks in advance, appreciated.
All directly with Dengfu - shipping of battery and motor took approx. 2 months, frame took longer as i wanted it to be colored (ordered and paid in middle january and frame arrived end of march.
What size & model Rear Suspension are you using. It looks much bigger then 210x55. I have read that you can put a 216x63 Rear shock on the Dengfu E10V2, but need a custom yoke. What is this suspension you are running in the rear?
Hi Matthias, what frame size and how tall are you(cm)? Do you feel good on your frame size? I am in-between sizes (185cm), don't know which to pick up.
Hey Matthias, it's a great looking bike - love the paint job and Santa decal is cool.
I've just purchased through eBay as Dengfu supply that way too now. The frame has arrived, I'm waiting on the battery and motor. I have most of the kit fir the build but I can't find details on which chain guide will work. I notice you added one, what model / specs? Many thanks
Roger
The chainguide was supplied by Dengfu 👍
@@MatthiasSanter Thanks I'll check with them. Cheers
I bought one too a Dengfu E06 its gonna be a while before it gets here though
Did you paint the bike or did it come painted from dengfu?
It was painted by Dengfu
How much did frame / motor cost? And the rest of the build out?
Frame, motor and nattery are approx. 1600 US Dollar + shipping costs
@@MatthiasSanter that's quite good and how many watts is the battery? And 1600 for that stuff if I was on lower spec parts how much ruffly would it fully cost
Que peso tiene el montaje completo?
HI Matthias, do you have a list of parts you used and cost? eg fork, rear shock, saddle etc thanks
Ciao Davide, ti consiglio di visitare il forum www.emtbforums.com/community/threads/dengfu-e10-the-cheeb-v1-0-discussion.18854/. Li trovi diversi post sulla bici e troverai anche liste di tutte le componenti 💪👌
@@MatthiasSanter grazie Tante … ciao
How was the ordering process, payment and customer service etc? Was it easy back and forth?
Ordering process is all by mail. You pay in advance and only after shippment you'll get tracking number. At the end it was strange, but very easy and without any problems. When having questions you just need to write and rewrite them 😏
Thank for the reply. Do you mind sharing the price that you paid for the frame battery and motor? Including shipping. Is it in USD?
@@smvd01 Frame 799 USD, battery 350 USD and motor 650 USD + shipping
Is the motor noisy? Would you order from the same supplier again?
The motor is really quite, less noisy then Brose or bosch. In higher cadence and level 5 maybe similary as the above mentioned leader. I would buy again from Dengfu.
@@MatthiasSanter thanks!
can i have the link were did you buy the frame? thanks
Just google for Dengfue10.
Lovely bike. I had just ordered a Dengfu E05 (with Bangfu M600, also 500W 48V). May I ask a couple of questions:
Is it worth upgrading the firmware? (I guess I can ride it and see but it's going to take a while to get)
Does a "complete" bike from Dengfu come in pieces or is it mostly built? I'm paying $3750 for the bike and $80 for shipping to Mongolia where I live.
The upgrade of the firmware is definitly worth it - way more power and better attenuation of the motor with low battery level. I cannot tell you how dengfu is sending complete bikes but i guess it will come built.
@@MatthiasSanter Thanks for the reply! I talked to a representative at Dengfu and the bike will be fully built except the rear wheel is removed for shipping volume reduction. They refused to do anything to the firmware, so it comes as it is from the factory. I'll have to do that myself, I suppose.
The bike I'm getting is mostly SRAM components so it's more expensive than the SRIDE-equipped version. It'll cost $3750 plus about $180 for shipping (Shanghai to Ulaanbaatar). I'm pretty excited about getting it but winter is coming and that's really severe in Mongolia where I live so I'm not sure if lithium-ion will even work. I may need to design a heating/insulating blanket for the battery so I can ride in extreme cold (-30C in January).
Is a good bike ?
It rides great! Good quality and modern geometry 👌
How much was paint job?
Painting was done after production directly from Dengfu. I think they charged an extra 80 $
What's top speed with throttle?
There is no throttle with the m500 - the throttle comes with the m600.
Why did you make Santa on it 😅 without it looks much better
Because my surnam is Santer and i my dialect they call.me "Santa" 😇
@@MatthiasSanter sweet sleight, St. Nicholas
Why are you shaking so much
What do you mean?
