I’m definitely going to take some tips from Bryan’s shop! Also, I’m pretty sure he just used concrete sealer on the floor. About 100 bucks for 5 gallons.
Definitely adds a nice touch! That is correct he purchased a concrete sealer from Lowes.
Cool stuff, why was the electrical box placed inside, & was that a special mounting bracket for TV?
Our client is an electrician, If I remember correctly he placed it inside to facilitate working on anything for his building inside. Yes he added 2X4 within the framing of the building to mount!
Do you happen to have any information on the shop lights he mounted from the ceiling?
They are UFO lights Garrett, they are found on amazon/home depot/lowes/etc! They are great and we have found about 90% of our clients use these (:

Thank you Blake! Our client purchases a concrete sealer from his local hardware store to add over the concrete we did for him.
Heating/cooling system?
We did not put it in for him but he did have mini splits in the building
