They have killed more people than ALL other breeds combined and very few pitbulls exist in the USA as an example. Don't know where you live, but if you look up your countries statistics, I'll bet pitbulls have all the kills in your country too with a VERY distant 2nd going to Rottweilers and then far far behind that German Shepard. He will need to be neutered AND go through intensive training on how to properly act and actually be corrected when he acts out. I had a hormonally aggressive dog and I had to slowly train him how to not be that way after neutering him. But most of the time it's not hormones it's literally just a badly bred and badly trained dog.

I was so scared that all I did was staying still. I only lifted my hands and arms in case they would bite. When one of that dogs tried to bite my knee there came another barking dog from far away I was so afraid. But the dog that came last attacked the other dogs which were trying to attack me. And then 4 dogs started barking and attacking each other. At that moment I walk away speedy (not running) . While watching this video my heartbeat increased, it really reminded me that moments. I really love dogs and want to raise one or two in the future. But I'm really afraid of dogs. While watching this show I'm trying to cure my fear (I watched every episode and observed every situation trying to learn how to deal with dogs) . I'm really grateful to Mr. Kang and this show. But there's one thing that makes me worry. There are many time he pushes back dogs with his legs and most of the time it's effective when dominating dogs. But I don't have enough physically strength to do that.

It seems to be a running theme that most of the dogs on this show, that have problems, aren't neutered. The female was in heat which most likely caused the male to be more aggressive. I have worked with dogs for 6 years and know a lot of behavioural issues are caused from dogs still being intact. Be a responsible dog owner and neuter your pets!

Honestly my friend's brother refuses to discipline his dog saying "I like it when he's playful". He will literally yell at my friend whenever she disciplines the dog... What ended up happening was the dog biting me for actually drawing a line of what he can or cannot do.
I was lucky I fisted up my hand it tried to pull my damn thumb and would not let go.

neutering is always a great option. it would lessen the dog’s instant desire to mount and he would be able to control the frustration he gets from rejection- as they put it.
i have a 15 month old Weimaraner and we just got him neutered. the owner we got our puppy from made the owners of each of the puppies of the litter sign a contract that holds us accountable for neutering our dogs once they’ve reached a year. my dog, Titus, was super hyper all the time and he was really mouthy with whoever, even my dad (considerably the “alpha”), but when we got him clipped, his personality stayed the same but he was effectively doing better with his hyper-ness and he listens better! :)

  • @norakim6868

Everyone is recommending to neutered the dog or just criticize the breed. Guys, i have a dog bigger than this one and kinda the same breed. He is not neutered, and he doesn't do this. Is not the breed or the sexual desire. Is stress and anxiety (not in every case) every dog is different in so many ways. This doesn't have anything to do with the dog having balls or the breed. This is a case of most probably a mental disorder (which every single breed can have) or a matter of conduct

    • @warriorwolfehh
      @warriorwolfehh Před 3 lety +2

Most likely the dog was just never taught how to act because the owner is honestly clueless, and it got away with being aggressive and was allowed to practice the behaviour so now it this is its ok

I was reading some comments and first of all:
Yes, please be a responsible dog owner and get your dog fix. Is not cruel and you'd actually benefit your dog from it, it makes them a little less aggressive, males don't have the need to mark territory as much, and it actually saves female dogs from having complications such as tumors in the uterus and nipples.
Second, while it's true that you have to choose carefully which dog breed you're adopting, because bigger breeds requiere bigger space, more energy and more of everything, it's not true that Pitbulls are naturally aggressive. Research has proven that they're actually pretty amicable dogs, and are ideal to work with children.
But it's all about how you raise and train your dog, if you neglect a dog or if you don't train him, the dog is bound to have a very notorious emotional uneatability. Obviously, a Chihuahua bite will not hurt as much as a pitbull's, but it's not because pitbulls are just more aggressive.
However, yes, there are certain dog breed who tend to be more territorial, and therefore, can lead to aggressive issues, but pitties are not part of this groups

I see some people in the comments spreading stereotypical misinformation about Pitbulls and Bulldogs. Not surprising honestly especially when coming from people that feed into whatever the media has to say about certain breeds. As very few of you will know Pitbulls were bred into existence for the purposes of baiting. The Pitbull is descended from the English Bull Baiting dog which, as the name implies, was used to bait, bite, and hold bulls, bears, and other large animals for their owners.
The Pitbull has been unfortunately also been bred as fighting animals by dog fighters. They're labeled as very aggressive breeds from birth, which isn't false but it also is not true. ANY DOG CAN BE AGGRESSIVE IF YOU TRAIN IT TO BE. Pitbulls are natural pack animals, they will protect their families. I have friends that own Pitbulls and they are the sweetest, kindest, playful, and most loving dogs I have encountered. I've been attacked by a husky more than by a Pitbull or German Shepard. All of these Pits are great family dogs IF YOU HAVE THE PATIENCE AND TIME TO DEDICATE TO TRAINING YOUR PET and they absolutely love to cuddle.
As for the dog in the video, it is very clear that the owner has no patience or determination to establish himself as the Alpha and letting the dog know that his behavior is not okay. Honestly to me it seems that the owner is oblivious as to how to maintain big dogs and keep them active enough to avoid having the pent up hostility the pit has been displaying. Obviously first thing is to have the dogs spayed and neutered they are not going to be bred (as many have pointed out) and second having the dogs get plenty of exercise every day. I would be extremely frustrated too if I weren't allowed to go out every day and just sit around doing nothing.
Dogs are social creatures, let me rephrase that, MANY dogs are social creatures with the exception of a few breeds that are known to be slightly antisocial and reserved like the Chow Chow. Social creatures need attention and plenty of space to run around otherwise you get dogs that are sexually frustrated, irritable, and hostile.
Please for God's sakes do some research before getting an animal. You will be able to control their temperaments better if you are aware of what you're getting yourselves into.
