    Your deep appreciation for this deck is very palpable. I am only just beginning my journey in tarot and am delighted to find that people can connect so closely with certain decks. Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm with us.

    I really enjoyed hearing you gush about your love for Herbcrafters. It really is a special and under estimated deck. I love all of my decks and they all serve their own purpose. I wish I had it in me to spend a year with each of them to really deepen my relationship with each…I just have a fiery spirit and jump around too much 😆

      I thought that was how I would be, too, but I guess I'm a one tarot deck kind of gal! Luckily I love playing around with different oracle decks so that helps everything feel fresh and exciting

    In a world of deck hauls & unboxings, it’s genuinely refreshing to see your long-term focus upon a single deck. I love this deck as well & seeing your affection for it makes me want to bust it out & give it the attention it deserves. 😊 Thanks for sharing your joy.

    I finally bought this deck after seeing it on Amazon and watching your review. I love it and it too is the only deck I use at the moment. I am a clinical herbalist so that helps me connect with it I think. I’m not really into getting a lot of decks, I had the same deck for like 20 years and it was the only one I read on.

    I have been enjoying your Herbcrafter's series so much! It is wonderful that you have found a deck that is the perfect fit for you! I cherish the deck, too, and hope to enjoy a deeper dove when the time is right! I have been using it currently for monthly pulls and for seasonal readings. Your love of this deck really comes through and is inspiring me to work with it more this summer. It captures the experience of working outdoors, and with plants, so beautifully!
    Not sure where I stand on the "soul" deck idea. Whenever I work with the Thoth, I feel similarly...that I always learn new things, it is ever evolving, and that I don't need any other decks. At the same time, I have never worked solely with one deck for a year, so that feeling could change! I do believe it is about receptivity to a deck's energy and artwork. It feels like a mindset that is available to tap into, whether to dedicate oneself to a single or multiple decks. I know what you mean about the artwork in the Herbcrafter's though! I could envision that being a "one and only" if I had to choose. 😊

      This deck definitely feels perfect for summer! I also think that you're right about connecting to a deck and being receptive to the imagery/energy of the deck. That's very much how it feels for me and the Herbcrafter's tarot!

    This is such a beautiful deck. I had it once but I decluttered it pretty soon as I just couldn’t read intuitively with it. I sometimes regret not spending more time with it and wonder if I should re purchase. Enjoying your perspective here 🌺🌺🌺

    I love this deck so much! This and the Gaian Tarot are two decks are really want to spend more time with.
    I love worn in decks. It’s like a part of us is being transferred into the deck and it’s so beautiful.

    I just got this deck a few days ago. After watching your video, I finally opened it up, did a walk-through of the cards, read through the guidebook, and did my first reading. It was more of an interviewing my deck type of reading, though. And I have to say, I got such a great feeling from this first reading. it made me feel instantly connected to this deck. Which does not always happen as I’m sure you know. I love everything about it so far. And this video really helped me gain a better understanding of it. Thank you so much. I have just subscribed to your channel.

    I clean my decks with an eraser sponge when they get dirty and it works so good! When I did this last time, I thought I have to share this with other tarot readers in the next ocasion, lol. The sponge has to be humid only, not wet, so I soak excess water from it with an old shirt for example (after making it wet) and then rub over the sides after fanning a few of them out a little bit. Like this I dont have to clean every single card. When they are clean, I take a dry cloth and dry them.

      I just felt hindered by having too many. I originally sold them all except for The Quantum Tarot which was gifted to me by my daughter. Ultimately I only repurchased Margarete Petersen Tarot. It was my biggest regret sale wise and is now really the only one I use. BUT I really may repurchase this deck. It pairs really great with alot of my oracle decks. Ive enjoyed seeing it again even if it’s just via your video !

    I like this discusion on the deck you have worked with. I love my deck I have had since the 90's and it is worn and everytime I shuffle and get it out it is like an old friend. I recently brought a secondhand deck that is worn and I love this too. Thank You for sharing

    Ok , uma dica de limpeza é passar as cartas por pó de talco e em seguida limpar bem os resíduos e está como novo.

    What a beautiful video. Thank you. X
    I tend to change up quarter yearly approximately BUT the deck(s) that I have the deepest relationship with is the Wild Unknown. It was the first deck I bought myself, before I discovered tarot tube and realised it was over exposed and what not. I bought the WUK animal oracle and wrote all over it. It's mine and I keep threatening to search for an indie version, but nope. It wouldn't be the same at this point. Both decks have one voice at this point....
    Thank you for the tip on cleaning, cause mine has oils from my hands on the sides. Hey ho.

    • @arosebudcauldron
      @arosebudcauldron  Před rokem +1

      The WUK animal spirit deck was my first ever oracle deck! I love it and have been meaning to pull it back out to use again. The things Kim Krans wrote about the Vulture card in that deck still sticks with me!

    😃I was hoping you'd do that tag!!! 💞 Ups - it wasn't that tag...😅 but I'm enjoying the video nevertheless!!! A deck with traces of use shows how much it is loved. I always find it strange when people deliberately "age " their new deck... a deck that ages because of regular use has so much more "atmosphere".

    • @arosebudcauldron
      @arosebudcauldron  Před rokem +1

      I feel like an authentically aged deck just feels so much more satisfying because each little nick or scratch comes with a story on how it got there. It shows the progression your relationship with the deck!
      Also which tag did you think this was because I'll definitely do it!

      @@arosebudcauldron I thought the "One deck gone wild "tag because I thought it fits so well with your "1 deck channel" 😅 There is another very cool tag out there now, by Mary Grace Fahrun, the 13 real tarot questions tag. It goes quite personal though, but I definitely recommend watching the vr's , because that one's really about doing tarot and not about decks. SOme are really thought provoking and I got so much inspiration already...
