I had another idea that was to disagree that BOTH advantages (world peace and clean and cheap energy) outweight the main disadvantages (the risk of an accident). But Im not sure the structure of the essay would be right or how to develop it

I beg to differ here sir! The task claims the weapons to be disadvantageous and the clean and cheap energy to be an advantage of the nuclear power. In my view the question is asking if I agree that the benefits nuclear energy; that is cheap and clean energy, outweighs the disadvantages of nuclear energy; that is weapons. In other words, countries are scared to start war with other countries, because other country have nuclear weapons and might hit on you. That threat or fear eventually, maintains world peace.
