I like the older headlight more than the new one personally. New one is a little too "alien" for me, so this is perfect with the TFT display!
Old headlight is so boring and plain looking tho

@MikeHoncho69420 no it's not a good bike for first time riders it will get you in to trouble with the tourqe

Paid 10,300 OTD for my 2024 mt07. I've been stunting it out and adding mods, exhaust etc. Hit my first scrape on it today, that FMS 12 bar is REALLY deep, like almost 1 o'clock, way more sketch than my 636, but so much easier to wheelie. Same cyan storm color, the 2024 doesn't have that orange on the fairing so that's how you can tell a 2023 from a 2024. Also, the new mt07 is a one piece exhaust. you cant just slap on a slipon
That is crazy. 10.3 OTD for a MT07 is much higher than I expected. I got my brand new 21' MT 07 a few years ago OTD for 8.4. I am so glad I work for a big motorcycle corp where I can grab parts and gear for great discounts. I got a full akra exhaust for about 450$, but cage FMS cage for full price🥲
@@jasonfs9913 ride now wanted 13k. 10.3 was the best deal i found after calling 20ish dealers. The grey cyan was a very hard color to get.

MT07 is the best bang for your buck. Its a pleasure to rip around especially if you live in the city

I prefer the earlier headlight, and the cyan storm is the best color to me, so in reality that's actually the perfect mt07 to me.
I had to watch this.. I got a '24 and the recommended shift guide in the manual is crazy. It wants you in 3rd gear by 20 mph.... 6th by 40 mph... I thought that was crazy. It's my first street bike. I've been riding dirt bikes for a long time so I understand the proper way to shift... Just thought the manual was crazy

Make sure to special order the colors. I got random when I pre ordered. Didnt even get a color I got black on black😂

Hey guys. Just bought a brand new 24 MT07 July 18th in south Florida. You can get a good deal on them i was able to get mine for $9,350 local in Ft. Lauderdale.

how did you get the headlight on there? i really like that style headlight better than the new alien one but i don’t know how to convert it to a 2024. anyone done it before and know if its easy?
Very simple, there’s a headlight unit at the tail of the bike. You can splice in your halogen headlight to the harness wires going into that headlight unit to bypass the LED headlight unit.
my buddy had a 2023 mt 09 and it pulled on my 1200 bandit on one wheel!!

Please tell me how much oil should be poured into the MT07 to avoid oil starvation in the wheelie? How much higher than the level in the window, how much higher than the top mark in the viewing window? Thanks a lot! I drive MT myself)

Yes they wheelie fine. My sister has one and I can pop her stock mt03 up np
Definitely need a full exhaust on that thing. Sounds terrible. Ecu flash is a must on the mt-07s as well.

the digital speedo on my R3 was a huge selling point for me too. not as nice as the one on the 07 though.
i replaced my fz07 rim with a rim off an fz09 that was wrecked. same part number. not sure if newer mt is the same

I’d say maybe. It all depends on how strong willed you are. This bike is EXTREMELY SEDUCTIVE and will make you want to do wheelies 😅. Don’t let the power get to your head and I think you’ll be okay but… be smart

The real answer is I get the parts in at random times and naturally just want to toss the stuff on vs. setting up cameras and whatnot for each little thing by myself. I get to anxious haha

@bobodyuknow idk I like it more than the old outdated segmented LCD screens, it feels like it suits the look of the new MT's a little more. But at the end of the day, I'm just gonna ignore the speedo anyways lmao

I have the exact same bike. Do you find the gearbox to have hard and clunky shifting sometimes?
Occasionally but I have also known several buddies who have grenaded the trans, I don’t believe they are the most solid design but not terrible.

certain bikes specialize in certain things, if your goal is lot riding specifically it will limit your progress IMO
