Is kangaskhan a good card now? I traded a first kangaskhan and first mr mime for a base non first charizard back when jungle was the newest card set out.
I only remember because back than having a charizard was the end all be all. i still have it lol
@@BreadAndGatorade I don't think Charizard is in the set he's opening, but I remember the hype over the original base set Charizard was insane. I went nuts trying to get one and couldn't. Then one day, I randomly grabbed two packs while I was out shopping with my Dad, and by some miracle, BOTH were Charizards! Trying to explain to my Dad how insane that was in that car ride home was......challenging to say the least. Sadly, I have no idea what even happened to them, but I'll never forget it.

Me and my bro stole a backpack full from 711 my friend pulled a charizard so when we went to mcdonalds he had no money so I bought him a mcflurry for his charizard! Then all my pokemon got stolen. Karma a suppose lol would've been worth a fortune

the silvering is *REALLY* common in Jungle 1st (and possibly Jungle unlimited in general, too). I'm cautiously optimistic in saying that PSA is aware of this - maybe the grader will be a little lenient and the grades won't suffer too much.
This was coolest asmr pack opening I’ve seen so so many different halos. It when u pulled the second clefable I swear my heart broke but still so cool so good to watch I feel bad you didn’t get that jolteon.

Jungle is one of the hardest sets to get PSA 10 holos because they are very light in colour and show imperfections very easy
ah man I love Clefable, but I'd rather double-up on Flareon or Snorlax, or get Jolteon.

Some nice potential 10's amongst those holo's. I've pulled a few holo's from base, rocket and fossil and silvering is definitely an issue that's an unfortunate result of the production of cards during that time. Really cool opening!

I rmember having a first edition vaporeon when i was a kid, but i didnt know about proper card preservation so it got pretty beat up...
also khangaskan has a foil scratch next to head, top left back corner, along with the dot on bottom left back

TCA Gaming and other collectors out there: looking for some insight, on the 1st edition jungle set does a 1st edition electrode non holo 18/64 exist? The only ones I have ever found are the image from the base set the people call an “error”. I’m close to completing my rocket and prior 1st edition collection so I need to figure this out. Thank you.

Best is the ivy pikachu, then pinsir, then butterfree. The No symbol is unlimited
I snagged one 1st edition Jungle Heavy Booster 6 weeks ago for $260. Bought one off of Ebay and got lucky. Weighs 21.30grams. Six weeks later it's worth $2000 according to Mavin. Going to hold onto it cause I can't afford anymore now lol

I think most of these have a shot at a psa 10 but some of them have really bad silvering on the bottom and sides of the card

I hope to one day have a butt ton of money so I can buy unopened packs of each set from base 1 through fossil and possibly the rockets/gym heroes collections too. One pack for each Pokemon featured on the fronts of the packs. Hopefully they aren't all opened by the time that happens 😂😂😂

it’s almost like you don’t consider centering. also all of those cards had visible print lines besides the eeveelutions. the ones you said were flawless when you turned them on the backside they had whitening or silver in the top left and right corners😩

I looked through a bunch of my old pokemon cards today because of videos such as these. I had a lot of the old ones, but none of them were first edition except for Machamp. I didnt protect many of them and now many of them feel gritty due to the fact that they were stored in an old fishing reel box that wasn't air tight. They're not supposed to feel gritty right?

i pulled a vaporeon a few weeks ago unlimited and it got psa 10...1 of 28 very happy with results on that card
