      One thing I've seen people talk about and makes the most sense to me is, like Uzi said in episode 2, N's memories are fucked up. Uzi said that the humans messed with N and the others so much in the process of converting them to murder drones that it screwed up their memories. N however still seems to retain some memories, so it could be that while he has some of those memories, because of them still being somewhat corrupt he can't remember the humans properly, leading to their shadowy and glitchy-ish looking appearance.

    I really liked this theory, specifically that the absolute solver might have a self destruct method. Imagine the irony that instead of fighting it head on (like Uzi wanted to do in the pilot for the disassembly drones), they'd have to run, hide and outlast it (Khan's way of doing things). Bonus points if it's like hiding from a nextbot that always knows where you are and is actively going for you, but you don't know where it is

  • @psychomagalor4902

    I have a theory that maybe the Absolute Solver that we see trying to rebuild J didn’t actually crawl out of her corpse like we initially thought but instead came in through the hole in the roof N made at the end of the pilot.
    In it’s introduction scene we hear multiple noises occur around the room before J’s corpse starts moving, potentially indicating the spider-like device was skittering around the room before entering the corpse and making it move behind the crates. Then when we do see it inside the corpse it appears to be rummaging around as if assessing the damage before noticing the worker and turning into a giant monster to collect material.
    Lastly later on when the solver first speaks it eays “we are trying to repair THAT host” when referring to J instead of “our” host, likely indicating J was not it’s original/only host, and that it may have been sent from somewhere else with the purpose of rebuilding J.
    Thats my current theory, lemme know what ya’ll think!

    • @Sorta8
      @Sorta8 Před rokem +22

      Interesting, though I will say that there'd be a bit more accent on the parasite thing going thru the roof if that was the case. It scattering around might've been it searching for materials and ( speculation starts ) maybe some things to preserve the host. Then materials came right to it, with it activating the "AbsoluteSolver" right after. ( ends )
      There were a few moments where the AbsoluteSolver was mentioned in the first episode ( mainly as a few frames background thing ) and it was pretty much shown that N (when (re?)booting up he had lines of code that essentially said activation of AbsoluteSolver was being considered) and Uzi (last scene. 2-3 lines of code referencing "AbsoluteSolver" in her eye.) definitely have that thing. That actually makes me feel like the said parasite is, probably, what made drones into murder drones and etc. Theory & speculation zone it iz.

    I think the "Absolute Solver" power from the russian worker drone will somehow be inherited to Uzi as well. In episode 1, Uzi somehow got infected by J (the electrical surge J sent out to disable Uzi for a short time) and passed on the Absolute Solver to her. My guess is that the Absolute Solver is technically depicted as a virus making robots more insane instead of who they once were (hence stating Uzi's comment on the murder drones A.I turning into mush). I'd love to see how Liam actually develops the story on what Murder Drones are, but especially what the Absolute Solver program is.

      There is an intressting theoretical scifi solution to a grey goo nanomachine apocalypse, a so called blue goo another specialized nanomachine swarm that specifically eat the rampantly replicating original rogue swarm.
      While the worker drones aren't nanomachines they are rogue self replicating AI that can potentially develop spaceflight. And based on N's dream memory fragments he and his group where originally worker drones. Furthermore we can see from N's weird abilities that he has atleast 3 different nano machine based abilities, nano acid corroding poison, self repair saliva and general self repair abilities and it is possible that his ability to shift his hands into way more weapons than can plausibly fit in his arms that his hand morphing is nanomachine based. While worker drones have displayed no nanomachine abilities so far.
      I speculate that the weapon humanity unleashed isn't so much a bunch of murder robots but a parasitic nanomachine weapon that can only survive inside worker drones that kill other worker drones for their oil and the dropped robots are just the initial carriers of this plague. We see hints of this in the fact that the radio that J supposedly used to talk to the company with is scrap. She wasn't talking to the company but the Absolute solver program running in the back of her mind that was telling her what she needed for her to remain motivated to kill worker drones.
      Also while Absolute Solver remains inactive most of the time it triggers to issues like insufficient materials for J's resurrection or Uzi's apparent infection by N's nanites. It might eventually try to reset Uzi's memories to make her into a murder drone.
      So yeah I think Absolute solver is the AI/operating system of the nanomachines trying to kill of worker drones.

    I very much appreciate that your covering this Series, I felt like there wasn’t enough talk about it and i will look forward to see if there will be anymore Murder Drones Videos from you in the future.
    As for topics,
    well, there has been at least four things that I have been wondering about, that i would like to see be talked about some more:
    Like for example, how does the Drones’ reproduction work exactly? And how exactly did we get that information, because that info is already on Murder Drones Wiki?
    I have also been wondering about what exactly happened to the Solver at the end of Episode 2? Because it looked like it turned into some mini-Black Holes of some kind or something?
    I would also like to hear some ideas regarding the Symbol that showed up on Uzi at the beginning and on Doll at the end of Episode 2.
    I am also rather curious about Tessa too, who (based on what was said at the beginning of Episode 2) was apparently the reason why N and his fellow Drones were dressed the way they were at that time and it seemed like J was pretty fond of her, from the looks of it.

    Hey, just a theory, but what if Uzi’s dad already knows a bit about the Absolute Solver? The very fact that he used to be a kill all humans kind of bot, and how he has obviously changed stances may allude to that. What if Uzi’s father and some of the other worker drones were leading a resistance, maybe they even tried befriending them (murder drones) before. If that’s the case, then we can assume that at least one or two had their memories wiped again. Which could explain the character change to V from her appearance in the first part of episode 2. If she had been reset too many times that could have caused a malfunction with her personality Ai. Or maybe the process of being turned into a murder drone drove her insane since that would seem to conflict with her sheepish demeanor/nature at the time.
    Uzi’s mom had the Absolute Solver in her eye as well in that hologram we see of her. So what if they had already had an up close and personal run in with the drones, enough to realize that fighting them was pointless.
    I also think back to the end of episode two. When Uzi’s dad found Uzi, none of the carnage seemed to freak him out. In fact he looked up and saw N and instead of jumping to conclusions he seemed to furrow his brow in sadness before he resumed his rigid and passive expression. Almost like he knew what was going on, or at least had some idea of it at least.
    It could also explain why Uzi’s dad wasn’t worried about Uzi leaving with N. Episode two kind of showed that Uzi’s dad isn’t just a horrible dad. More that he wants to be a good one, but just can’t seem to understand his daughter. Or that he understands her too well and he can’t figure out how to stop her from following in their (her parents) footsteps.
    In the his particular theory I’m kind of explaining away his lax behavior and maybe even his cowardice in the first episode. Who knows how long Uzi’s mother had the Absolute Solver glitch? Her father may have known about it, which is why he took those drastic measures when he put Uzi’s mom out of her misery.
    This is all speculation of course, but that’s kind of been itching at me to write down. I hope others can follow my line of thinking. ADHD can scramble my brain a bit. 😅

    Here’s a theory the girl who also absolute solver might be a special murder drone sent in because she look’s similar to the other worker drone that appeared in N’s memory.

    I’m pretty sure that there some sort of Chip or hard drive inside of them that needs oil to keep fro overheating and blowing up.
    And in episode 3, I think that Uzi is going to have to find a way to remove the chip for N (and maybe V) to keep him from dying.
    Just guessing though.
    Also, I think that the 4th robot shown in N’s flashback is the one at the end of Episode 2. It kind of makes sense.

    ,unable to move and safe for the humans to pick them up

    I actually think those were actual humans but maybe they modified themselves, kinda like in cyberpunk.
    My theory is that they used the remaining worker robots (N, V, J) and improved them to sacrifice them to get rid of their models. Not a smart move imo given how their original programming allowed the other worker robots to develop their own society.

    i just realized something. if ANY dissasembly drone can become that disturbingly intelligent ‘absolute solver’ behemoth, then uzi and n are gonna need to be incredibly careful to destroy all remains of the other dissasembly drones, if not then it’s gonna be a bumpy ride…

  • @SmartToaster4K
    @SmartToaster4K Před rokem +1

    I like the theory of the "humans" being more AI, but you could also argue since N was converted he may have a fractured memory not remembering what they exactly looked like but rather just a vague idea of their shape.

  • @Squiggles01
    @Squiggles01 Před rokem +4

    I have a theory about what is happening on Earth. It goes like this:
    Uzi says that humans are the ones who caused the destruction of the planet as well as believing them to be the final big bad she has to stop. But when V raises the idea that she doesn't even know much about the humans that she's supposedly hates so much, Uzi gets defensive and tells her to "Stop complicating my murder plan." and that got my noggin a jogging. What if JCJ is like Wayland yutani? Or do does mankind not even exist anymore?
    Since we're never given any definitive proof that humans are still alive, for all we know humans are either dead or have been enslaved by machines. So perhaps the company doesn't want any machine to realize that humanity is either suffering or dead so that those machines at the top can keep their position of power. I know this sounds kind of disjointed, but from what I've been able to see we don't have any idea at the moment about what's going on with Earth.

    Imo ironically the fact that Uzi dad left her to die by closing the door on her and N instead saved both of their life. N didnt kill Uzi bec he feels bad that her father left her.
    If instead the other scenario happen and Uzi father picked up the gun and try to shoot N. N is already shown to be fast enough to stab Uzi and disarm her when she have him in her sight. What most likely will happen is N will dodge the shot and proceed to kill both of them.

    My personal thoughts I’d that the drones are starting to glitch out and go mad. Perhaps due to a defect in there design, or some sort of other worldly madness effecting them. Both Uzi and that one girl seem to be displaying symbols that I think have some sort of meaning. Ether causing them to loose there minds, or like we say with the one girl drone at the end, grant them powers.
