Re. the 1968 penny struck on a Canadian dime planchet, in 1968 part of the Canadian dimes were minted in Philadelphia and was switched from silver to nickel

Wanted an opinion on my morgan silver dollars I have 1879 no mint mark, an 1889 O mint mark, an 1897 S mint mark and an 1921 S mint mark and I believe the 1879 no mint mark is a morgan minted over another coin but not sure. I have a 1992 D that most if not all of the obverse and reverse is doubled and it is at least a mint grade 67, I want to say it's also a close A M but the doubling makes it a close A M. Wish you all could see this beauty.

I have a 1992 D Penny its circulated of course it is not Close AM but the at the end of states s & o in Of America is flat and barely visible, and the C in CENT at the bottom is a little more etched than the other 2 letters but it is flat as well do you think it is an error
