Out of the two, I like the Stromberg a lot better, and you can store it inside the Sub as well. I really don't like the look of the Toreador also

not bad picks, but I'd have definietly not agreed with the order. As great as the Toreador is, it provides less advantages than the Deluxo or the Vigilantee. Or a well armored Imani Tech car while at it.

Where is the ARMORED KURUMA?
Kuruma is a great vehicle for grinding missions and does not cost very much. The Duke O'Death is also good for missions and free. The cars mentioned are generally better for PVP because most have missiles or missile defense, but they cost lots of money.
