I understand you. elbow rolls is something that I prefer to tech 1:1 or in a class as there are so many details and technique that has to be considered.
Maybe fear is controlling you. I learned them with a help of a band in my hands to hold into. This helped me focus only on the rotation and not worry if I get to much power I will fly out. Hope that helps
That is a good question. In the beginning, I recommend something tight, as you tend to really clench the elbows and you run in danger to roll yourself into your sleeves. after a while, once you get more comfortable, you will be able to control toehold. I use long socks, that I cut off the toes or ballet leg warmers as they are thick and comfortable.🥰
Wow! Fascinating
I don't ever get enough power. What am I doing wrong?! My arms are consistently bruised because I fail each time I try to train them😭

Hi! Love your content! Which way would you say is easier to do?
Hi. I personally think that the ones towards the front are easier. Which ones are you working on? 🤩
Yup, those are the ones that I’m working on, actually got my first one yesterday🎉
@@sofijalee4255 Awesome. Congratulation
What sleeves do you recommend for learning elbow rolls?
