  • The "Dynamic Warm Up" includes a series of exercises that are designed to prepare your body for activity by firing up your central nervous system and to increase blood and oxygen flow to your tissues. These exercises are also done in a linear fashion to enhance the qualities and characteristics of movement such as; stability, mobility, balance, flexibility and coordination.
    Set two cones 10 yards apart and conduct each exercise in order
