Highline rigging 2.0 - How to rig a 350lb spacenet with only a few people

Before GGBY (ggbygathering....) we set up the net for some silly shenanigans but only had a few people. Andy Lewis rigged his nanogon spacenet with the "shower curtain method" near this area so we gave it a try. Watch us learn how not to do it.

Hi, i have two questions. How do you get the initial rope (shower curtain rod) across? And what happens, when a wingsuiter hits the net?

raphael gerber they would either send a dude around with the rope. Use a drone or a fishing line. Um let’s just say you don’t want wing suiters hitting the net. I’m not sure how much of the net would break, but the wingsuiter certainly would.

@@GavynPendleton Yup they walk around. We are careful not to be too close to edge so we dont die because it's really embarrassing to die doing something so anti-climatic. What is the MBS of wingsuiters? Well, we did have one hit and his ego almost died, but fortunately it was only bruised. We do human testing!
