It's a steal at $40 a night. Thank you for taking the trouble to show us that budget/very affordable beach apartment in a very famous and popular resort area. I suppose they have special deals for seasonal accommodation.
The only thing that's missing in Mauritius when it comes to houses and apartments are fly screens! In summer the mosquitoes are really bad and I don't know why they don't use them back home. They also keep the famous house lizards (geckos) away hehe. Maybe newer places do have them now.

MOMO-BOLTON-KENTON FROM CHAMONIX FRANCE TO WHOM i must contact...you get a telephone number...very nice place and very clean...and the price is very cheap...lots of foods arounds .....and fruits and shops market...can we get some samoussas and faratas dholl pouris chana pouri with chilissauce!!!!around the public beaches...life is very cheap in maurituis..thank you mr bryan and rikki for information....sure we will come for holidays for one month in péreybère...with our children and familly members...we will visite all the places you visited in the reportage and vloog...
