Being a fat person most people just don’t get it. It’s deeper than food 🥘. A lot of times it’s an addiction a depression. We reach for food to hide other problems mental or physical. And yes the taste is involved but it’s not the “B” all.
I got up to 378 pounds and that is when I said I just can’t keep getting bigger for others it may be lower or higher. I knew if I kept getting bigger I would eventually kill myself. We are talking sleep apnea ( which I refuse to get the machine) instead I choose to lose the pounds. And yes it’s hard. Food is fuel ⛽️. Fat people normally eat fir the taste 👅. It taste good 😊 and we keep eating and sometimes we throw up and some times we gag ourselves and sometimes we don’t eat at all. Their are many types of food issues revolving around taste 👅.
I ate for different reasons, I’m sad, happy, I’m depressed, I’m confused, I’m hurt, I feel ugly , I feel fat, I feel less than worthy or I feel worthless, maybe someone pissed me off or maybe my husband is cheating..maybe I stressed. Child I could go on and on.
Good news last weigh in 298. My goal is 150. I know it will be hard but I believe in me. I didn’t get here overnight and the weight did not appear in seconds. It takes time and discipline.
Green leafy vegetables, low fat lean meats, low sugar And lots refreshing cool water, & exercise and more exercise. Snd yes you can do it in increments or however you feel that is comfortable to you. Just get moving and eating g better and it’s okay 👌🏾 to treat yourself from time to time.

Oh and sometimes I would over eat because of smells or the food gives me mouth orgasms based on seasonings or herbs 🌿 or color.
