Jeff gets involved in Student government, and ultimately has a vote delayed, due to the work of Gerelda. Upon further review, he learned that a man on a park bench helps Gerelda with her studies and has convinced her that the city council must be stopped. So, Jeff's friends try to get him nominated for city council.
