Roboco's Awakened main weapon has a decently high hit rate and can usually hit the same target at least 3 times. Due to this and the changes to Anvil boosts and the Growth upgrade, the Awakened main weapon makes better use of the extra damage from Anvil boosts and the Growth upgrade while also not relying on them to deal decent damage. The Awakened main weapon also has a higher max attack speed than its lower levels.
Haste is a very desired stat on Roboco due to her Hi-Level skill increasing her ATK stat and crit chance. Roboco's Robo-Discharge skill and special both count as ranged attacks. The "+1% Discharge damage for each level Roboco has" part of her Robo-Discharge skill is additive to the base damage of the discharges from both the Robo-Discharge skill itself and the one from her special, which also allows this extra damage to be multiplied by Study Glasses. 19:27 the discharges around Roboco from both her special and Roboco-Dicharge skill damage all enemies within its area, not just at the edge.
Since her Hi-Level skill increases crit chance, she is one of the few characters that can have synergy with both Hope Soda and Gorilla's Paw at the same time. Although, these two items do fight for an item slot. She also gets very little benefit from crit chance increasing items, except for maybe Focus Shades.
I would like to see a showcase of Iofi. Her special is a lot stronger than it may seem at first glance.
As far as ranged weapons go, Roboco's is nice! As you alluded to with anvil boosts, I'd have to agree that as far as generic ranged-type main weapons go, Roboco's is probably sitting the prettiest of all of them when it comes to the changes that were made since it's just one plain, vanilla projectile.
Not sure if I'd call Hope Soda and the Paw synergies so much as Roboco can use them better than others in spite of their downsides! Notably the slower special refill would be a pretty big blow to her kit even if the crit damage would be fantastic for when she kicks into Hi-Spec. If you wanted to run both, at that point you might as well run a Kusagaki build! Shackles, Paw+Soda+Injection, then filler for two slots, maybe some healing/survivability like Nurse's Horn and Body Pillow. Actually on that note, I wonder how Knightly Milk + Devil's Hat would do on Roboco?

Only Bounceball, Azki and Irys main weapons, and one of the bounce ball collabs doesn't work with it.
And I usually don't pick Bounceball anyway, so, it's always a take in a non-money run.

This secret agent will turn invisible as an ultimate.
For her skills, crits inflict chances of exp drop.
She will be needing UberSheep, Nurse's horn, or a lifesteal stamp for sustainability.
Like Roboco, Elite Lava Bucket can be recommended as a weapon.
Sake and GWS Pill are the items to boost the skills reliability to create more exp.
Some band aid for sinergy with piki piki piman or double down on more evade with Aloe headphones can work for survivability too
