Extra damage from the Growth Upgrade to Reine’s main weapon is reduced to 75%, as well as still being divided by the number of projectiles. Her main weapon isn't very strong, so it may be better to focus on getting a collab first. I really only use her main weapon to get coins with the Greed Stamp.
Reine’s Wind Magic skill increases the max amount of haste it gives by 20% at each level. Reine is tied with Kronii for having the highest natural haste of +60%. The Wind Blast counts as a ranged attack.
Reine’s special counts as a ranged attack. The extra damage from the Growth upgrade is reduced to 50% for her special. When her special is initially activated, it gives 5 punches that can be used at any time and the next special starts charging immediately. The GWS Pill can be a pretty good item for Reine thanks to her flexible special, fairly high natural crit damage, and the crits help maintain the haste buff.

It should be noted that there is *no time limit on Tonjok.* So you can just space out each of the five punches until your next special is ready, to make sure you always have holo coins and keep her buff up.
So I don't really see the need to take Piggy Bank, freeing up that slot for another damage/crit item. Even with Hope Soda you shouldn't have any problems generating enough coins with only Tonjok if you're playing your cards right. 👊👊👊👊👊

You can choose to play that way if you want! I feel it hurts Reine's ramp quite a bit early on - which doesn't feel amazing on a character that already has a pretty meh early game - but you'd be right that foregoing the piggy bank altogether is the minmaxed approach. Piggy Bank does also give the speed boost though, which I don't think should be overlooked when this character has next to no CC. Thanks for watching!
