Repairing and servicing a Bosch GBH 11 DE rotary hammer. Hammer is weak and won't hold the chisel P1

Sadly I cannot save and upload a 17minute video at the minute so I'm affriad this one will have to be a 2 part video.
This is the bosch GBH11DE rotary hammer. Same hammer as the GSH11E, only with the boaring function.
This is the biggest and most badass rotary hammer worth buying.
If you have the arms to hold it, it is a beast that keeps on running for years and years.
This one has gone a bit weak in the hammer so needs a good service. When they get this old and you don't know the service history, it is always better to also change the needle bearing and oil seal for the armature.
This one also is not holding the bit and needs a new tool holder. It has done so much work done, that the steel inside the tool holder has simply worn away. And this is hardened steel. It takes a lot of use to wear this out.

Often see the question being asked what grease you use but what I'm wondering is what you use to REMOVE that grease from your hands!!!!!!
