ROCKET PESTO, PINE NUTS AND WALNUTS | A WONDER | QUICK AND EASY RECIPE

APPOINTMENT ON TUESDAY WITH A PRESERVE RECIPE WITH ROCKET, OR EVEN TO BE CONSUMED IMMEDIATELY... ROCKET PESTO, PINE NUTS AND WALNUTS
Today, as mentioned, we are delighted to make a nice rocket pesto, mouth-watering and to be enjoyed in many ways
I would like to point out that the rocket, in this case, was harvested in my garden but commercial rocket can obviously be used
The preparation is very quick and easy, all you need is a mixer or blender
First we start blending the rocket with oil and a little salt, helping you push the rocket downwards in the blender
Then add the pine nuts, black olives and walnuts... blend again until you obtain a cream that is not too soft
That's it, now you can consume it immediately as you like or put it in a jar and keep it in the freezer for no more than 1 year
