The thought process of Mahi bhai is just so amazing, simple and most effective. And I noticed he has quote krishna a couple of times like don't worry about the result n focus on process or that problems(pain) are the essence of life .

He is the embodiment of the gita, not perfect but nearest I have seen of any social guy in India. He is a star of life in himself. No wonder his teams do well.

Talking about Dhoni, he has some pure leadership skills. He can keep things at light for some serious issues. The way he spoke that confidence thing and that life problems explains his performance while in difficult situations. He might have covered entire public and addressed them in a light mood at their work ways just like he did for traders. Truly amazing!
