- Raisin slices - sponge dough
Dough:
6 eggs
120 g granulated sugar
120 g semi-coarse flour
Filling:
140 g of butter
200 g powdered sugar
4 eggs
140 g ground walnuts
100 g chopped raisins
200 g sour jam
Topping:
150 g cooking chocolate
120 g game
Separate the yolks from the whites of 6 eggs.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until halfway.
Then gradually add granulated sugar.
Add yolks to the beaten egg whites.
Add semi-coarse flour, mix.
Layer the dough on a greased, floured baking sheet (40x30).
Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for 17 minutes.
Filling - beat snow from 4 egg whites and 100 g of powdered sugar.
Beat butter, 100 g powdered sugar, 4 egg yolks until foamy.
Chop raisins soaked in rum.
Add ground nuts, snow, raisins to the butter mixture.
Spread sour jam and filling on the hot cake.
Put in the oven and bake for about 12 minutes.
Topping - melt chocolate with game over steam.
Spread the chocolate glaze on the cooled cake.
