Cheese cakes
250 g soft cottage cheese
250 g of palmarin
250 g semi-coarse flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg for brushing
poppy seed, sesame, cumin for sprinkling
Mix the flour and salt, crumble the palmarin in the flour.
Add soft cottage cheese and make a dough.
Wrap the dough in foil and put it in the fridge overnight.
Divide the dough in half and roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
Cut out different shapes.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds, cumin or sesame seeds.
Bake in a heated oven at 190°C for 13 minutes.
