Hi Thanks for the excellent explanation, I am aware that it is not possible to use the same number in WhatsApp business in the API, but in my case I need to use a single resource which is catalog management, as the only way I found to launch Facebook catalogs with whatsapB is using the WhatsApp manager that is only available if I create the application, how do I get the normal WhatsApp interface? using the API

Hello sir, as you may or may not know in whatsapp business accounts you can make a catalog and when csutomer places an order from the catalog, the dealer gets an automated View received cart button. My question is if it's possible to reply to that message itself, containing the "View received cart" button?

Thanks Umar, As per my understanding we save the data into the external database to persist but we don't have any solution to retrieve the previous data so better to save it into the external database

I am asking this because lets say you create an app and you do all this messaging fine but when u sell the app to your customer, he must use his phone number id, so how can we change or register a new phone id through some api. i dont want my customer to go to meta site and create his phone number ID, i want to be able to register a new one, dynamically through some api. I couldn't find any help for this. Hope you got my question.
I got your point, if you want to create a common application, then it's a difficult thing as per your requirement, but there is one api for getting the get the business profile id, that will give the phone number id, then you no need to bother the customer , check the post man collection of my video

Quick question: Let's say you are building a bot and you want to collect user's name. You can send POST request with the text message "What is your name?", right!
And they user will reply with text message "john", how do you save the user's reply on the webhook server? The context object is available only for the interaction types of messages, so it is impossible to link the question message and the answer message. Unless like in the video at czcams.com/video/XuIqLoE4cDk/video.html where you ask the user the age and give two option, but what if you want to ask the question and collect the answer without giving them the option like you did in the example?
I looked in the doc, there is not such use case.
Any idea on how to accomplish that?

If you want to save the questions with the answers you can connect any databases and store it. and if you want to send the text messages instead of interaction messages, you can check this video (czcams.com/video/h0tGqFpbKV0/video.html)messages you can simply create a template and send it, is this not answer for your question, please reply it

1. Whatsapp chatbots/messages starts only if you send a message to the whatsapp
number, if you don’t send a message from your number to the number registered on
the Whatsapp API then the messages which you are sending will not go. (Read
carefully)
2. There are two type of messages, Template messages and session messages.
Template messages are paid so don;t try sending template messages. Session
messages are free so you can send anything in these messages and the chatbots
use session messages mostly.
You can send session messages to a number only if the number has already sent a
message to your api number earlier.
Sessions expire after 24 hours.

Yes, it’s possible but if you move your number to cloud API, you can’t use your existing WhatsApp anymore

Yes, that’s because to start the conversation with the user using cloud API. You need to send the template first, if the user responds then only you can send other type of messages like text or interactive,

You need to create the webhook for that, that will trigger a JSON response in the webhook, so only you need to extract the user's response and save it in your database,

i am working on a project,i can send template message and any type of message from the testing number to my real number (my project is on the server and the webhook is verified on the meta app but when i send a message from my real phone number i can't recieve it in the server).
