    It was clear to me also but what is the correct way to not deflate the tires? I deflated one of my tires a few days ago. I was told by a friend of mine that the valve got stuck. So, just how much pressure should I apply next time to avoid that? I mean the tire was completely deflated. Should I completely press the valve in on the car when using the nozzle at the gas station to insert gas? Or should I not use as much pressure & do I not need to do that to insert air? Also, if my psi was kinda low 2days ago because of the winter & the car is just parked will the psi go back up just simply being parked if the temperature is say 35degrees a few days later? Thanks in advance

    I live in North Central Florida and during winter months temps vary widely, like it can go down to as low as 28 at night and the next day its in the 40's or 50's in winter. My Jeep has tire pressure gauge on dashboard and I was shocked to see I had filled day before at 33, and the next day it went up to 36/38/35/37 all tires different. So this is too high my car says 33. Can you please explain how temps affect readings and how to manage this hints?

      The logo on the wheel doesnt matter to normal a to b cars, just buy righr size one or one wheel size that doesnr affect speedo. So if your stock tires is 205/55 then 215/45 should be fine if i remember right and speedo doesnt lie

    can I just use any tool to relieve air

    • @u2bed91
      @u2bed91 Před 7 lety

      brad toose You can use anything that fits and is hard enough to push the little valve. Even a toothpick might work. I recommend just going to an auto parts store and buying the pressure gauge. Most have something built in to do that or you can buy the small multi tool for removing the valve stems that works too. They're both less than $10 and you're gonna need them regularly anyway.

    • @1AAuto
      @1AAuto  Před 5 lety

      Thanks for checking us out! If the tire notes 44 psi as the maximum inflation you will want to lower the pressure. You can find the suggested PSI located on the driver side door jam or in your owners manual. Hope this helps you out! +Hueburt Russel

    stick gauges are completely useless. Buy a digital guage. way more precision. And never buy from a brand called Slime.
    And temperature. you have to wait an hour or two after any driving to properly measure and adjust tire pressure.
