Just for the people who don’t know, I live in Nashville and actually lived in the “ Bellevue West “ apartments where this shooting happened at. The placing where this happened at is in the wooded area hence why it’s so dark. The apartment complex is absolutely huge and scaled up a hill that leads to a lot of forest area. Just to clear that up for some people wondering why it’s so dark & why it’s not well lit. ( not saying that it shouldn’t be, definitely should have way more lighting not for stuff like this specifically but this could be one of the reasonings)

Why are there no lights anywhere in that apartment complex? Then on top of that, you have to deal with a maniac with a kitchen knife running around. Thank goodness no one else came across this guy. Also, the dispatcher and the Police did a good job finding the suspect, despite being given such vague information to go off of.
They were able to get the footage out in like 9 hours. I'm impressed.
