Those doors with door frames should sell quickly. Maybe tell the owner of a probable outside wall leak in the bathroom so they can get it resolved before closing off access to it. Good job and enjoyed 👍👍

Seems like they slapped some lipstick on the house and hoped no one would notice. Probably why the new owners are replacing everything. It is too bad you couldn't save the flooring. Some of us can only afford that cheap stuff. Everything seems to be builder grade. Regardless it was a beautiful house and the kitchen is a great space. You are doing a great job and I enjoy watching you. Be safe and be sure to use all precautions.

It’s painful to see a place tastefully appointed being demo’d. It makes you wonder what kind of taste and aesthetics the new owner/renter has…and what they are going to do to improve the dwelling. Hell, even the master bedroom drapes were tasteful and well made (not really my style).
Personaly, I would’ve stained the cabinets a darker tone to keep them congruent with the other dark wood tones of this apartment and floor. Other than that, I’d take it!
Nevertheless, Phil, I love watching you work and seeing how carefully you go about your work!
