Great day at the allotment today, last of the seed spuds to go in, chucked some beetroot seeds in and got frustrated with some netting! Things are coming up nicely now

Hi Jenna
I planted 10 rows of Potatoes and after digging 5 trenches, I used a bulb planter tool for the last 3 as my back was aching. In the past I've planted tall crops like beans in same bed, as lower plants are swamped once potato leaves grow

Nice hot radox bath then tiger balm works for me and the correct lifting techniques helped for years

Tbh I don’t think about bending and lifting in the right way until it’s too late…my own fault I know, I just want everything done now and then regret later 🤦‍♀️
