Introduction to Plan

This is the introduction video to the 'Plan' section of my Level Four Health and Safety course.
The majority of the course is structured around the management system of 'Plan, Do, Check and Act'.
Course concepts are presented in a logical, structured order which helps with understanding and revision.
Delegates can learn in their own time, at their own pace and there are no course cancellations.
