I should have tried this, but beating it so many times I've been able to get D-Dog, Quiet, and all the stuff earlier then expected. There was a way to farm the consumables ie...fuel, and metals.... Now they've stopped that year's ago. I still play this game on and off threw out time's and the pregame ground zeros, I wish this game a true finishing storyline, but Konami buttfucked this kick-ass game a true miracle of game play, kojima is the true miracle behind this games awesomeness. I even have played this game with soldier's who had the two medals and saved or stopped my bases from being filtrated and captured that played and this gave my soldiers the final medal of honor, my S++ rank, 3 medals this game will always be my one true love of medal gear games?
Miller just kicks out your weak soldiers automatically when base is at full capacity.

Or just do those very easy FOB events for S++ guards. If you were to have all 4 FOB's and all waters and every staff member at S, you still wouldn't be high enough level to get the highest grade equipment.
@Robin Hogan Yep. If I remember, the max level possible is something like 162 and some of the hight tier weapons need a level around 140s. If your base has a high enough PF ranking, you can just load up every month or so and you get alot of PF points for easy S++ staff.
Thanks for a brilliant Video! 3rd time from beginning, ha-ha! Now, I can handle Switching Weapons faster, and more efficient improvisations. Finally taking down a Vehicle with 3 Soldiers in it on horseback with ZZZ Rifle! (It was difficult for me, not too much in Control, but I did it! ) And I'm almost ready to try FOB against the Guys that we all know can Play the Game brilliantly, ha-ha! 1st time trying to aquire all of the Legends so as to find out what Machinery can be Developed. PF Grade > Buy S++ soldiers OR Computer FOB attack > Buy S++ / S+ soldiers.
I've only found a couple S+ in the game. wish I could find more of them. seems like all I find is S rank all the time
Try this john make them allaround s++ to make them all in free roam guard and out post s++ too

No but it is the quickest
Lingua Franca is a close second
Try this play free roam look for an allaround s++ then mark him then fulton everyone else after you get the allarounder a safe place before you engage him to get beat up and or shot a bunch of timez after you go through mb to raise moral

Play the game. Further along you get & do fobs, the easier $ comes

Indeed, the more FOB bases you get and upgrade to max, the more people you can get, but you need to wait until get 500coins from daily logins and success FOB infiltrations, with Mother Base and 2 FOB I have 1412 staff and all branches have a capacity of 200 and I haven’t finished yet o upgrade my main base and FOB but you need to reach mission 21 & do the emergency misssion 22 to unlock FOB
i just farm FOBs now, almost no one even defends their base and from just winning and not even capturing anyones guys you get like 48-60 A++ - S rank guys

yea i did a about 10 minutes of research and the game is super easy to hack, there are tons of super easy cheats to download that are free and give you pretty much everything you could want like insta kill everything, or insta-knock out everything, invis,money,resources,suppressor,HP,fultons,ammo, and alot of other stuff.
seems like everyone i try to attack has like over 1200 S++ guys defending it, funny thing is one guy had all girls that had S++ of everything and when i would fulton them they would come to my base and show that they were only rank B or A, game is really weird right now

That they are freshly extracted and assigned I think...

It means they're the most recent fulton extracted soldier.
