The Fichet can be recoded to a different key loosing two screws from the back of the lock.

"Dual custody" locks where common in the former Soviet Union. As it sounds each padlock or lock has two keyed locks which need to be turned together to open the lock. They are really cool looking and still easy enough to find online. There is a lot of history behind them.

Hi, I just wanted to say that these abus are sold at least in some places, because even in my country (Israel) I find them on the shelves. I have several of them, one of them is the version you have with the disc detainer, and one larger version (837/70) that can also be disassembled. Everything is standard inside and made of bronze. Oh, and evva ics is just evva 4ks with springs and three specially shaped pins.
Some very interesting ones there.
