@@Prissykitty123 you’re stomach can stretch a great deal. But it’s actually limited if you’ve got a lot of fat. The fat limits how far it can stretch. So I tiny person’s stomach has the ability to stretch further than a heavier person’s stomach. Especially if they train it for theses types of things. Some people will drink gallons of water and hold it for awhile to stretch their stomach then toss it back up and do it again. Pretty positive Raina doesn’t do that. Her’s is just used to these occasions where she stuffs and stuffs and stuffs.

Tiffany is a champ in my book! The super fast eating of a challenge pro is intimidating, but she powered through half of the bowl! I eat spicy food everyday. I like to switch it up from mild to wild. Today was my mild day.... a nice ghost pepper sauce. Tomorrow will be one of my Carolina reaper sauces. Thanks to you Raina I will be looking for somewhere here in OKC that has spicy ramen. I just wish I could use chopsticks...... One day I will get it figured out lol

What a lot of people don't realize about spicy food is that it's not just about the spice, it's the amount of spice you gotta consume throughout the whole ordeal..... the first initial bite might not be that spicy, but as you eat more and more of it, of course it piles up. You may think something is "not spicy" in a few bites.... but eating a whole lot of it, it definitely builds up. The spice stacks

It's crazy how I can sit and watch you eat and I live on a feeding tube. My family feels like they have to hide when they eat or not talk about food around me. It doesn't bother me b/c when you don't have a stomach, my body doesn't produce gastric juices which is what makes you feel hungry "stomach growl".
I read about how these type of videos can help people who have eating disorders or don't want to eat alone. When I was extremely depressed for awhile, it helped me to watch a video and eat at the same time as someone else. I hope you're doing well 💗
*btw I know you don't have an eating disorder/depression I just mean I like how her videos can do so many different things for different people 💗
I am not that far from your situation... my dream is to get a kidney ... then travel around my city to eat different foods... and keep doing it as far and long as I am alive. Making to east Asia to eat would a miracle.

It’s not the initial bite that gets you. Not even the 10th, or last bite. It’s the compounded “interest” of heat. It settles, dances, and then digs deeper. 😫🔥

Tip from a chemist: Capsaicin is highly soluble in warm ethanol, instead of just milk, try a shot of hot sake or even cold alcohol (of your choice) and swish it in your mouth and spit it out if you're allowed. and follow with cold milk. That's the procedure we followed to extract capsaicinoids from capsicum (minus the milk) for research projects! Capsaicin isn't very soluble in just water, especially if it's cold. Instead of cold water, warm water would actually be more beneficial in removing the capsaicinoids from your mouth! Hot tea might be fruitful in that means. Yes cold water numbs the taste buds for only a few seconds, but it'll come right back. Again, try ethanol, it might burn, but it'll get the capsaicin out.

I have watched you on many of your videos and I wanted to share some things with you. You are very intuitive and it shows in a lot of the situations that you are in in the food industry. You have a great deal of patience and your mannerism is a wonderful. Sometimes you're extremely funny and the things you say and do. And some of the videos you look absolutely wonderful when it comes to your hair and makeup and you look so forward to some of these videos that you make I think it's the quality of food or where you are and you just add that much more ambiance to it. It amazes me how you can put that hair up so fast and still look darling wherever you are. You are so well versed with the quality of foods and the kind of foods it makes it more interesting. You seem to be all over and areas with these contests and videos I'm amazed I just wonder sometimes how you get to all these places and manage to get these set up to where you can meet all of them. I know we're not per se friends but I'm very proud of you of what you've done and how you are you're young and you're beautiful and you're smart. God bless you and please take good care of yourself.

I love spicy food. I’m both craving to try it but my ulcer is triggering just watching you girls eat!
I used to work as a cook at the Lakeview location and they put sooo much care and consistency into their recipes that I don't bother to go anywhere else in Chicago. The (bone in meats) simmer in their broth overnight just to get all the flavor for the ramens. I still drive an hr away just to get my fix!! I love the green tea+milk in a can. I just went there last week and on top of the Wisconsin, New York, and Indiana spots they've opened in the last 5 years alone- they're opening a location near O Hare airport soon, I'm so excited! The level 2 hell ramen sauce is worth the burn!

The woman on the right, Tiffany, started feeling the burn at the 2 minute mark and was just shaking her head in the yes motion, like yes, oh man, oh yeah that’s spicy! Hahaha that’s exactly what I do. At first I’m always like ‘oh that’s not so bad’ but then it will hit around that 2 minute mark and you’re like ‘damn it burns sooooo good’ 🤣

Hi, im a true fan.. I live in Mount Sterling, Ky. This Restaurant named Mamut bar and grill has a challenge. 2 8oz patties with pulled pork fried pickles, fried tomato, 2 sides. There is more that is on the sandwich. It has to be completed within 25 minutes.. I think you and Joel could do this

Legend has it that, when she was a baby Tiffany’s pacifier was made from chillies. Blaine would kill it. Well done Raina such a trooper. I got some chilly oil from local plus Korean Spicy Ramen, super hot Thai chillies from my garden.
Great video. There’s been debate that drinking water makes the spicy-ness worse since it an oil (why you don’t throw water when an oil fire is started). Honey is a good option to help alleviate the pain cause it coats and soaks the capsaicin.
Tiffany was very brave because the minute I would have tasted that spice and it burnt the heck out of my tongue, I would have quit I would throw in the towel. You young lady, I don't know how you get through these spicy challenges but thumbs-up Reina.
