Or a tractor trailer with a microwave and reefer! I can't count the times I've set the brakes on an interstate from either a major wreck or construction!
Great video Eric. I have a little advice for your trees. In Ohio where we had our house for 20 years, we had several trees around our house that limbs would fall. We had a tree trimmer come and trim those trees every other year. It kept them healthier and so much less debris falling. And they looked so pretty after they were trimmed. And it will keep your roof cleaner and less damage done to it. 😊👍
There's a button inside the Miss Pac-Man that allows you to increase the levels. Every time you push the button it increases the level one. It's in the back, not in the front door.
Eric, you need to review your techno library. I don't recall ever using a "CTR" screen, however the Cathode Ray Tube was what every early TV screen was made from. Also called the CRT. You have your own little RV park there in Illinois. Just park your RV and you have your own laundry, game room, storage facility, and playground. You don't have to share it with anyone except the carpenter bees!
Should get someone to come checkout the trees. For a few hundred bucks (Canadian) we had a guy come out, assess the trees, and clear out the dead branches. It’s good for the trees, and it makes things safer too. You still have branches drop, but that’ll help, and given how long you’re away, it’ll decrease the chances of something big coming down, and either hitting your house or someone.
OMG!! So I am not a complete failure with the "claw"!!! Thanks so much. Quit those machines many bucks ago!! But so glad to know the painful truth. It does hurt.💸💸🤔😐😶
Maybe i'm the odd one here, but I like when you go back to basecamp. It's part of your life, and I've watched your channel for years to watch your life so that's just part of it. Personally, I think you should just get rid of your couch and turn your entire front room into an arcade. Could always have a "sit down" room in the back where your mickey mouse room USED to be. Just turn base camp into a big arcade/storage unit. Already off to a good start! You should get a Mappy arcade cabinet. That was one of my favorite arcade games as a kid in the 80's. Would be an absolute blast to watch you playing it if you had it at basecamp.
If you have to be stuck in a massive traffic jam, there is nothing better than being in an RV! We rented an RV to go up north to watch the total eclipse in August of 2017. Afterwards, we were headed back to the RV park and the highways were just like that--an absolute parking lot. BUT... you're already in your home so, it's not that bad--actually, it was kinda fun.
Baked a pizza.... there were several times we've had a potluck dinner while waiting on the road to be cleared. Snowed in is the worst! The only kewl thing in a 37 hour shut down due to snow was the National Guard came around offering R-Rats. I took the offering but actually held on to them for a while. The beef dinner.
Paint the eaves of the house and ceiling of the porch with light blue paint. Bees, wasps, etc. think it's sky and won't try to build there. It's a very old method that the homesteaders and farmers (and others) used to do. Good luck!
It's so cool to see the evolution of your channel Eric! I've followed you since almost the very beginning, and it's nice to see the success of your channel. You've worked hard for a lot of years to produce your content and it shows.
A suggestion on Carpenter Bees...the other day someone on Facebook said take a paper bag, stuff it w/plastic grocery bag, tie it up & hang it upon your porch. Bees mistake it for hornets nest & stay away.
I had to go to war with those carpenter bees. They kept eating right through the wood putty. Some ate it from the outside, some escaped from the inside. I finally WON! I mixed a little carpenter bee killer (insect killer) into the wood putty before I puttied up the holes. They still chew it, but then they die!!! Bye Bye Bee Bee. Joi
Fun video, thanks! Did you know that cats in the wild do not meow? It is something they do because we talk to them and they figure out that they have to do something to try to communicate. Fun fact!
I usually get Raid or Hot Shot that will shoot something like 25 feet and wait until it is nearly Dark and spray the nest with a flashlight and then turn the flashlight off, so I don't get stung.
Thats actually why i still have a cb installed on my rig, it has helped me at least twice a year for the last four years, last time i found out about a delay 20 miles ahead due to a fatal accident and was able to get off early enough and stop at a cracker barrel for the night
this happened the other day on Northbound I-295. Traffic was stopped completely because a semi and a car had some fun. So, nobody was moving. Now SOUTHBOUND, where all 9 fire trucks, 5 ambulances, and the medivac helicopter wsa parked, well, they were backed up for about 6 miles. At least our side got moving slowly when the other fire truck moved out of the northbound lanes.
full grown, mature trees will need professional "cleaning out" every couple of years. You will always have limbs in your yard. We save them for our fire pit:)
Branches coming off the tree look like they have lichens growing.. Roots of the tree are out as far as the canopy.. driving/parking stresses the, but so does the increased UV, due to our earth shield doesnt filter as well during a minimum solar phase.. it's a cycle that passes a few more years from now I like the blow up hot tub.. is make a tv mount but not permanent..removable for when not home.
Boys and their toys! Really enjoyed watching the race. Looking forward to "our" new trip this coming week. Love coming along with you and Jax on utube. Hugs
Well I'll be damned the claw machine is rigged I never knew that thanks a bunch mr Eric thanks the next time I play the claw machine I now know what to do with it 😊👍👍
bees. I say "stuff holes with steel wood and wood vinyl putty. Stain that with somehting heavy and oil based, then put out traps. otherwise, for bad bio ideas "Woodpeckers eat carpenter bees, as do various species of birds, such as shrikes and bee-eaters as well as some mammals such as ratels. Other predators include large mantises and predatory flies, particularly large robber-flies of the family Asilidae."
I have been watching your channel for several years now. You have inspired me to start my own channel. It’s coming along slowly but I am enjoying the journey. Thank you.
Love that "play pinball here sign" very nice. Eric you have the best of both worlds and you deserve to have what you want, to hell with the haters!! Enjoy!!
Eric I enjoy all the work you put into your videos, it shows. It's enjoyable to watch during the Plandemic, or just in general. Don't worry about the tater haters.
You are living the life! Plenty of real life too, upkeep on 2 homes. Like those RCs, look like lots of fun. Pizza on the interstate. Coming up on Atlanta you can just about count on a stand still of an hour each time. Be safe. 😊👍
Keep an eye on that roof. Your shingles look like they're going to need replacing soon. I would recommend a metal roof IF and when you decide to re-roof your home.
I'm waiting for you to sneak in a surprise ending, like a little excerpt you do sometimes after the outro for people who watch the entire video. I expected it this time for some reason. Loved Ricky, Atodaso!
Those wood bores ( carpenter Bees ) are really hard to get rid of. Our neighbor's garage was infested with them and we have had to fight them every summer since. Not as many as there used to be though. Still have to keep up spraying the refilling holes. I like to catch them in butterfly nets then stomp on them for stress relief. Ha.
ERIC, When the highway patrol stops traffic & make everyone sit usually tells you there is an accident ahead which involved a fatality. ITEM2- If you have branches on your roof, you have branches in your gutters. Have you cleaned your gutters on your house? !
Stuff a brown paper bag , gather the top up with string and hang it from the rafters. It looks like a hornet nest to the carpenter bees. Hornets are death to the bees.
Branches falling are normal. I have a live oak tree that's 35 years old and they grow for hundreds of years, but after every rain storm there are branches in my yard.
Hey Eric you're looking extra good looks like you got a tan going on looking happy healthy sure do enjoy all of your hard work you put into your show hello Jax my cat RC says meow
I remember reading or watching something about how he has been in just about every book they’ve made since the beginning of Guinness world records. I could be wrong but I swear I remember something about it.
You could’ve sold slices of pizza on the interstate
🤣🍕🍕
And visits to the bathroom. Step on up, $1 for #1, $5 for #2
@@LordFalconsword😂
I was once stuck in a traffic jam for 6 hours. That's when you appreciate having a motorhome.
Or a tractor trailer with a microwave and reefer! I can't count the times I've set the brakes on an interstate from either a major wreck or construction!
I like how you go to base camp for a vacation! :)
😻😹😻😹

Happy 11th birthday coming up, Jax!!! 🎂🎁🥳
Oh yea, that time of year. Cut the grass and weed. I bought a battery operated lawn mover last year - best investment I ever made!

You need to have your trees trimmed . That will help the falling of the dead branches.
Could it be that you put a crap load of artificial butter in multiple layers on your popcorn because popcorn is popcorn it's what you add to it
Diet Coke with aspertaine and then you start slapping butter on popcorn?
for those who don't speak cat, i'll translate: me me me me me me me me me
U 4got the extra "me" 🐈
OMG!! So I am not a complete failure with the "claw"!!! Thanks so much. Quit those machines many bucks ago!! But so glad to know the painful truth. It does hurt.💸💸🤔😐😶
Keep those videos coming! You are working overtime on the editing. Great content and channel.

Give me 80 any day. Boston had a freak snow storm yesterday it was insane. 😯
you will probably have to wrap and enclose your porch roof! today's pressure treated wood dose not stop carpenter bees
LOL @ the lady staring at you while you filmed.
Your channel is the very best!
Baked a pizza.... there were several times we've had a potluck dinner while waiting on the road to be cleared. Snowed in is the worst! Should get a small cb. Then you'll know what's going on before you get there and can go around
WAZE app

Eric. Pit cinnamon sticks in the carpenter bee holes. It works.

Not many RVers think of their house as a getaway.
Fun video, thanks! Did you know that cats in the wild do not meow? It is something they do because we talk to them and they figure out that they have to do something to try to communicate. Fun fact!
I love the pizza on the highway! Lol!!! If you would have gone outside you could have made a fortune selling slices. Lol!!! 😂😂

My Maxx will be ready next time! Definitely the coolest movie theater we’ve been to👍
Jax! Happy birthday Jax!

The tree is self-pruning, you need to prune it or do something before you have holes in your roof, I would think. Talking from experience
Glad you guys are having fun see yah Eric and Jax hugs always
full grown, mature trees will need professional "cleaning out" every couple of years. You will always have limbs in your yard. We save them for our fire pit:)
Jax didn't sound happy that you left him in tha rv while you were in the house. Big guy is vocal. I have a cat that has never once mowed. Not a peep.
Gotta love spring when the front lawn goes into full bloom. : ( lol
You had to go show those trucks racing. Now I want one!!
🎂🎂🎂🎇🎆🎇🎂🎂🎂🎂Happy Birthday Jax !!!!!!!
it'll get cool newt week.

Popcorn probably tasted funny because new machines, gotta break em in and get em nice n seasoned 🤤🍿💕👍
That's probably the reason
House vids are dope. House needs custom nomadic fanatic pizza oven
Hello Eric, just whant to let you know that you have been a helpful English teacher for me ! I like how u speak loud and clear !
Yes, he has a good command of the English language.

Nice arcade collection!
I like the music you had playing while you guys was racing the RC cars.
I am loving this, two days in a row, maybe ? I was busy yesterday though, so not sure.....................
I have been watching your channel for several years now. You have inspired me to start my own channel. It’s coming along slowly but I am enjoying the journey. Thank you.
Wow thank you so much. That truly does mean a lot to me. I look forward to your positive and constructive criticism.
Great video Eric. Thanks
Eric I don’t think I’ve ever seen a guy have a better time with himself and his cat then you have it’s always a pleasure watching your videos
Well said!! Yes, I totally agree!!👏👍👏👍
"She's not turned off today..." 😂😂😂👍
Love that "play pinball here sign" very nice. Eric you have the best of both worlds and you deserve to have what you want, to hell with the haters!! Enjoy!!
We had carpenter bees and paint/stain was the only thing that stopped them. But the paint has to be re-applied every so many years to keep them away.
Those Amazon delivery vans really ought to have a toilet and a black tank as well.
Eric I enjoy all the work you put into your videos, it shows. It's enjoyable to watch during the Plandemic, or just in general. Don't worry about the tater haters.
Happy early birthday Jax we love you
Eric, the stripes look fantastic. 😎
This was a fun video! Thanks for making it. See ya next round
You are living the life! Plenty of real life too, upkeep on 2 homes. Like those RCs, look like lots of fun. Pizza on the interstate. Coming up on Atlanta you can just about count on a stand still of an hour each time. Be safe. 😊👍
If you paint light blue, the bees think it's the sky. Glad you are still enjoying base camp.
Looks like an Elm tree and it needs trimmed way back! We have one and got an estimate of $600 to trim it back! I'm around KC Mo.!
You have cotton wood trees. They shed limbs all the time. That is normal
you should hook up a cb radio. it would be super cool and useful
Cigarette machines are another of those once ubiquitous objects that have disappeared.
Loved the expose (accent on the last "e") on the Claw machine! Thanks!
Should have gone fishing off that bridge while you were parked.
Keep an eye on that roof. Your shingles look like they're going to need replacing soon. I would recommend a metal roof IF and when you decide to re-roof your home.
Important..... Offer up at Independence charter township in Mi has a lot of collectible mickey and minnie mouse items.
Hey bud cheers
Nobody was good. We need to crawl with the broncos sometime
Oh!!! I see you 👀 guys on CZcams.
🙋🏼♀️
Meow, Happy Birthday Jax! 🎂🎉🐱
Nice stripes.
Parked on a bridge with water under it. Should have tossed your fishing pole out the window 😂
I'm waiting for you to sneak in a surprise ending, like a little excerpt you do sometimes after the outro for people who watch the entire video. I expected it this time for some reason. Loved Ricky, Atodaso!

You need one of those electrified tennis rackets from the dollar store. Definitely works on carpenter bees.
We don't have many bees left.. I felt bad cutting flowers they were feeding from after I came back out and found one dead..
Don’t kill bees
ERIC,
When the highway patrol stops traffic & make everyone sit usually
tells you there is an accident ahead which involved a fatality.
ITEM2-
If you have branches on your roof, you have branches in your gutters.
Have you cleaned your gutters on your house?
!
Look at base camp this way.... it is a private RV park with a game room, museum, hot tub/heated pool
Warms Springs Ranch in Boone County Missouri is a A-B Clydesdale horse farm. You might find it interesting. It is west on I70 about 120 miles.
Plant some Creeping Bentgrass for the no-mow nomad life.
Wrap the wood in metal or do vinyl and close it in on your porch roof and you could put nice over head lights. Nice place from what we see.
be blessed! I hope to see a video of you and your wife and child RVing some day ! : )
Love the trailer park boys reference!! I'm envious of the arcade... Safe travels!
Hey Eric you're looking extra good looks like you got a tan going on looking happy healthy sure do enjoy all of your hard work you put into your show hello Jax my cat RC says meow
Great video thank you!
Ok..gotta love the push button popcorn..what a great idear
World's tallest man, Robert Wadlow, was born in Alton.
I remember reading or watching something about how he has been in just about every book they’ve made since the beginning of Guinness world records. I could be wrong but I swear I remember something about it.
Oh my-can't be good! I remember this happening decades ago & my late honey & I ate lunch at the kitchen table. Sad but memorable
