Yoooo I just got offered a position at my first Michelin star restaurant (2 actually). Thank you for helping me to prepare for my stage you helped me to have the right mindset and confidence to be offered this opportunity!
Letâs GO! đȘ strong work TJ
Dude your videos are top notch!! Iâve watched your station domination videos, and about 10 others over the last 2 days but man you needed get that spoon habit under wraps lol
Keep up the great work man, Iâm a 17 year veteran of the culinary world from commis to chef I wouldnât change a thing
I just purchased this same tool chest yesterday! I also purchased the bottom half that goes with it. I am using mine for my cooking utensils and pans for my Blackstone Griddle. I had everything in three plastic bins. Just got too messy. Now I have a drawer for everything. All I have to do is roll the tool chest out by my Blackstone Griddle and cook away. My dilemma right now is replacing the drawer liners. I'm sure these that came with the tool chest are not safe to store cooking utensils on. When I took them out of the package a very strong smell was on them. I did find some liners that I will replace them with. Thanks for the video!
Thank you so much!!! Awesome videos as always. I will have to spend some money again now to enrich my collection.
Love the spoon section! Spoonfuls of Inspiration!
I think my jaw hit the floor when I saw how little subscriber you have, my god man you will have much more in the future
Thanks banana

Sir, you have me looking at the Lady Hamilton Spoons. I have favorite knives, peelers, and spatulas but no favorite tasting spoons.

is there a name on those shears that you could mybe give me??
Took a few hours of looking but iâm almost certain they are the Joseph Joseph Sleek-Cut Compact 2-In-1 Kitchen Scissors. Also sometimes called the Twin Cut. Good luck finding some for sale as they are discontinued and almost nowhere sells them. I found one website selling them in Brunei but they only ship inside of the country, not international. I also found them being sold by a place in Dublin, Ireland called The Organized Store.
can you make a vid on what cook book or book on culinary industry that you have or suggest
Justin Khanna or even on aprons that you suggest
The Professional Chef from the CIA &
The Flavour Bible (can't remember who wrote it)
Darth Fader thanks the flavour bible I head is good on my Christmas list
That is such a great comment. I second this.
I'm really interested in trying out a bent spatula for fish. Any other brands you recommend besides the Dehillerin? What is the length of it too?
Any tip / name on the whisk?
Justin Khanna never seen it before. Where to buy ? đ
You said you were looking for the best palette, is the french one it?
It's pretty darn close! The E. Dehillerin or the Town Cutler are my two favorites.
Anyone know the name of the scissors!? I canât find em only crappy similar ones... đą

You got any tips for somebody who was wanting to become a chef
American culinary Federation... Get a mentor and learn I believe the program is around a year-and-a-half other than that works in as many different kitchens as you possibly can in my professional opinion I don't think you need culinary school... As a side note I work as an executive sous chef in professional sports I've had a food truck and restaurant.... Also this is if you're in America but 100% I would find a man to her and work under them
Bus tables, serve tables, dishwash, prep, work a pantry, work a pantry, work a pantry, grill, roast, saute, fryers, rottiserie, steamers, mixers, knives, thermodynamics, safety, awareness, timing, moisture, communication, thick skin, enjoy freezers and hot af services.
Ability to work with douchebags and lazy dips on occasion.
Only advice, don't drink alcohol after the shift, spliff up and get good food in you.
Those scissors where did you get those scissors???????

The lesson here was, youâll end up using either the new tool or the old one, but the other 10 will only see the sun light during a youtube video.
