As someone who understands Chinese, English and Japanese. I feel like the the translation to English & Japanese has lot 60% of its beauty, because the original Chinese script is almost poetry, and used reference that only properly educated Chinese learner can understand. Especially the words like "逐鹿" ”苍生“ ”天动万象“ imply a lot. 逐鹿(zhu lu)word for word translation means deer hunting, actually meaning seeking dominance of the world with wisdom and power from other strong competitors. 苍生(cang sheng)does mean common folk, but in the eye of someone having very very high perspective of viewing the world with deep sympathy , and definitely not an average human. 天动万象(tian dong wan xiang)has some Taoism background, meaning the sky commands the movement of all things and phenomena, while "sky" in Chinese culture usually implies God/heaven/universe or the unknown that decides the fate of earthly existence.
Overall I prefer the unique voice of English VA. But when it comes to his ult "天动万象" / "I will have order", The Chinese VA does best in fitting the character, because his voice is most calm. Imagine being an Adeptus for thousands of years seeing things emerging and vanishing, he would not have any excitement putting some little monsters to sleep. The ult translation literally is "the sky commands everything" and HE is the "Sky", so he should expect that when he decides how things should move, they WILL move according to his expectation. So this voice line has to be extremely calm and natural. All other VA did not really grasp this level of detail, which might not even exist in English translation.

I read from a comment that the chinese version of "I will have order" has a much deeper meaning. I dont have the correct translation and honestly I cant even begin to remember where I read it, but basically the way he says the line means "I am the beginning and the end, when I command the world follows, and when I take action everything falls in place"

That's alright but....maybe looking a bit too deep. To me, 天动万象 can be interpreted in two ways (since Mihoyo made up this word lol):
      1. The heavens (taking 天 to mean the space/universe) affects/moves (动) all things (万象).
      2. The gods (taking 天 to mean god(s) above, which in Genshin would be whoever has been to or was from Celestia, including Zhongli himself) affects/moves (动) all things (万象).
Personally I'm leaning towards the first interpretation.

it is 6000 yrs of history into a story of him. the very essence of Chinese science and philosophy. from yin and yang, to taoism. I will have order, Chinese literally means Through 天(the dao, heaven, )you see through everything in this world. this 天 personally i feel it means the truth of the universe(but Chinese never clearly states something which not uncertain, it is always a name with a much hidden and deep meaning underneath. So 天 like some many chinese things, only can be comprehended than understood.

I speak both English and mandarin(Chinese). I watch a lot of Japan anime and Korea drama/variety show/Kpop at the same time. So all the 4 languages are pretty dang good in my opinion.
Chinese delivered the most original feeling, due to how he speak the words in ancient/old Chinese sentences. None can beat Chinese VA in meaning delivering.
Japanese are just being good but little bit normal (maybe I watched too many anime). But it is good... especially when he drop the meteor. Feel much the impact yet delivered the exact same wording as Chinese.
Korean speaking is good too. Just simply nice. No complains. People who does not feel right about korean maybe just because not used to the language itself.
English language while lost the meaning of original he said (translation can't be done I think. Actual chinese delivered a lot meaning in few words.), but english voice really sexy and have the supreme power over everything.
I think all of them are good in their own way. Zhongli just perfect guy no matter in what language :D Wish you all luck getting him!

"浮世一隅“ means short time, which emphasize the feeling that Zhongli must protect Liyue at all cost. “荡涤四方” simply means to have no permanent stay, he will willing to protect liyue, even if he must always be on work.
