    In Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Qi is the generic term for energy, or vitality. Qi is necessary for all life processes: proper organ function, circulation of blood, metabolism of body fluid, growth and development, warming the body, defending against illness, and transforming food into energy. The signs and symptoms above are indicators of Qi Deficiency. When Qi is deficient in the body, the mind can’t perform optimally.

    My Chinese medicine doctor has been amazing. My tongue surprisingly change fast within this week. I’ve been starting to get rid of dampness and eat more black chicken soup and Chinese yam job tear and sticky rice porridge. I think I got diagnosis in my spleen

    is constipation also caused by qi deficiency?

    • @amadeus5403
      @amadeus5403 Před 4 měsíci +1

      Yes. The spleen makes Qi so a lagging spleen leads to qi deficiency and spleen deficiency also slows bowel transit.

      kale, root vegetables, meat, cooked soup, the things our ancestors ate in the winter, in your local area. This is my humble suggestion :D

      Warm , cooked and warming things only. Start the day by sipping boiled, hot water.
      Steven Acuffs diet online is good. He hasn't been to the Dr for 45 years.
