    So glad I found this channel. I've been feeling cold for more than 20 years now and western medicine doctors just ignored me. I now know that my kidneys are weak (I have all the classic symptoms), so very grateful for these practical exercises.

    Oh my gosh I’m so glad I found you! I’m sitting on a little stool packing to move and I have such pain in my back! I know it’s my kidneys. I just started doing Qigong about a month ago and it’s healing my legs from a stroke it’s the most amazing thing my whole body is healing from doing these exercises and now I just found you, and the awful pain went away in my back! I’m going to rest for a few minutes and I’m going to do it again tomorrow! oh thank you thank you bless you!🫶🙏

    I watched this video because i enjoy qi gong and had a kidney stone recently. When my kidney stone was causing me pain, i felt the pain in my very lower abdomen (I assume my bladder), and also in my back above my kidneys and on either side of my spine. I wondered why it hurt there instead of where my kidneys are. After watching this video I learned where the pressure points of the kidneys are, and thats exactly where I was hurting! Ive also had an infection in my left ear that has sort of come and gone over the last few months. At one point the pain from it radiated into the lower left side of my mouth, just behind my wisdom tooth. With this video i learned that the kidneys are connected to the ears and teeth. Mind: blown!
    I am definitely going to be doing this exercise every morning! Thank you so much! Subscribed!

    Thanks Alex. I feel the energy.
    I practiced Qigong and Taiji or about 10 years. There I performed similar variations of your exercises. It's wonderful to revisit them, as I incorporate them into my weekly routine.

      @@jeffbryant5627 My kidney function dropped after I beat Covid19, was very dehydrated, but I believe drinking water, watching my sodium, sugar intake and doing this exercise, helped bring it up from 77 to 85.

    I’m having trouble with the kidney tapping because one shoulder has impingement. I went your shoulder routine for that. I have “renal insufficiency” according to doctors. Seeing a nephrologist and an acupuncturist. Acupuncture does focus on the ears as well as other areas. They told me the kidneys hold fear and ask if i have been fearful. I replied, “ well, I just went through a two year period of isolation and thinking I would die from Covid so yeah I guess I’ve been fearful “. I have had Covid twice despite vaccinations and masks. I found out after i took it that Paxlovid is toxic to kidneys. So between fear, vaccinations, Covid, and antivirals I should not be surprised my kidneys are hurting. Thank you for this routine I will do it every day

      It's more important everyday to be our own advocate. I have a history in my family of renal disease. Today, I found out my kidneys could be doing better. How are your tests since you started doing this? I will have a repeat test in a month and will have practiced this until then, and I can't wait to see the difference. Although at 86, it's no surprise.

      @@Charline32-06tests are a little better. Doctor said to come back for retest in 3 months. I’ll keep doing this and acupuncture. Hope yours are doing better

    I am diagnosed with Parnchemial kidney (shrunken right kidney) disorder Allopathy has no cure so Iam taking Homeo feeling the slight relief. Used to do Yoga but Dr. recommend to just walk. Can I do Qi gong exercise. I loved the graceful movements in other Qi gong Videos. Its like something close to the nature of ones soul.

    I loved your video, and you gave more instruction than most qigong videos. I have frequent urination and my accupuncturist/herbalist is stumped . So far none of his herbs have helped, and says I have classic kidney yang, with spleen/pancreas deficiency. I know this is not much info, any insight as to what to do would help so much. Thank You

    Dr. Hui. Good night. Very good exercises. I am a stage renal patient and these exercises are helping. So far I am not on dialysis. I diet and take my meds and herbs too. I am gratefulfor this information. However, my shoulders are uneven and I do have a little problem reaching the kidney pressure point. Will continuing the exercises help that also or is there another exercisr I can add tomy routine?

    will this be helpful to someone who is experiencing extreme fatigue /low energy? Or do you recommend another practice for someone who is depleted in the energy dept, due to extreme mental adn physical stress over the years? Thanks!
