You sure are blessed to have all of that high tec fishing gear and cameras
Wow you have gone all out on the camera gear. Nice set up! Best of luck.
Great job with your video and content is very well presented dude I'm a new subscriber. Great job liked the drone footage aswell very nice touch
Those under watercameras are cool I have to order one. I like the videos on the maps and location. Thanks for all the good info man.
Awesome video
Holy Crow, that lake is full of scuds, you can see all them in the underwater video. Those trout must be very well fed
Back in the late 1980's Star used to have a fairly decent amount of stocked brown trout and a decent population of Perch. Now it's Rainbows? Any sign of Browns at all?
nice vid how do they taste
Nice u should make a vid at east pit lake (near Wabamun lake)
Definitely will try East Pit before the ice gets away for sure!
Will u make a video on it
@@albertaoutdoorsman3451 For sure, that is if we catch fish! Wouldn't be much of a video if we didn't catch anything haha!
And did u drive straight to the end of the lake from the Maine boat launch
Yes just drove straight out from the boat launch to the island and fished right off the island in like 4-10 feet
I was fishing where this video takes place with wax worms and a tungsten jig today (nov 21, 2021) and had a few trout come through and landed a small rainbow.
What was the ice like?
@@connorwikstrom4101 some slushy areas but we made it out safely, id say ice was probably 3-4 inches thick - 15 people on the ice that day
Star lake is a tough lake
I hear ya, talked to a few others who were fishing this day and none of them had caught anything at that point
How is that I go fishing the same places u go than u post vids of n them I catch nun and ur nailing them 😂
Is that Eskimo 33cc stingray
It sure is! Not bad for a gas auger, but will be looking to upgrade to the Strikemaster Lithium 40v soon!
I’m warning u now do not ever go to hasse
Lake it’s around star and jackfish it can be tempting because of perch, trout, pike.and walleye but it’s dead tried did not mark anything
Thanks for the heads up! I remember they used to stalk it with Perch, but it was winter killed a few years back so until it gets stalked again, won't be out there
Hasse used to be an awesome trout pond. Then perch showed up and tanked that place.
