I mean, I sadly see how Trump happened. Now, it is unlikely to happen again. for all the faults Joe has, he has better public approval, or tolerance at least, than Trump did. So, I don't see more garrison as president. That said, we could still see Garrison episodes, as trump is likely to keep causing trouble until he dies.

No South Park didn’t have 16 episodes a season season 1 was 13 episodes, season 2 had 18, seasons 3-4 had 17, 5 had 14 episodes, 6 had 17 episode’s, 7 had 15, season’s 8-16 had 14 episodes, season’s 17-23 were shortened to 10 episodes, season 24 had only two which were the COVID special’s, and now season’s 25 and 26 now have 6 episodes a season.

I feel like they kind of have too. It’s kind of a “We’re past the point of no return.” Situation with the gimmick. As much as I think the Garrison-Trump thing got old quickly, it’s a situation where you’ve got to commit all the way if you’re gonna do it.

A season finale for season 26 with Garrison episode sounds intriguing. Hoping this summer is getting more 2 or more specials in the oven since its been a tradition or maybe other things. This season has been a fun one to watched and I adore it.

Like it or not, South Park as a show has declined in quality and it should end soon enough because it's only gonna get worse the more older Trey and Matt gets.

Ugh. Hated the Garrison/Trump thing. Oh well. It’s up to them, of course. They played with fire in 2016, got burned and the show suffered. They’ve just gotten back to the old pace this season. It would be a shame to see them get broken again.
In the last episode, there was a weak, throw-away jab at Biden that was apparently too much for the writers. Now, they're hyperventilating as they swing back to the Trump-hating comfort zone.

I'm from the UK and I love and respect the American constitution. The fact that there's a country out there that is literally founded on the idea that every individual should be free from tyrannical government is such a blessing that I sometimes find it hard to believe. America's got its problems but in my opinion it's a miracle that such a country exists.
