Here are some tips for you teachers for your 51talk interview. Please be reminded that they will call you thru phone, kaya dapat tama lahat ng information na nilagay mo.
- Tell me about yourself, focus on your previous job or kung present kayo basta wag related to other ESL platforms kasi it's not allowed. Also indicate your course and where you graduated.
-Do you have any teaching background? If none, you can answer na may mga pamangkin ka or kapatid na tinutulungan mo gumawa ng homeworks. If you're a parent, you can tell that also.
-How will you handle students na pasaway or makulit? (You can have your own answer, magpakitang tao ka na lang haha)
-Why do want to join 51Talk?
I love teaching kids, and I want to earn safely at home. I think these are the most safe answers.
-How will I make my student enjoy my lesson?
More gestures. Teaching aids, rewards and off course your BIG SMILE
-Last one prepare one nursery rhyme. Kahit Alphabet song will do.

I would like to ask if an interviewer asks me if I have any teaching background, Can I say that when I was in college, I tutored young children who were approximately 4- 8 years old during our NSTP-Literacy service program Fieldwork in Nueva Ecija about reading comprehension to enhance their listening skills in English?

Hello po, no specific age. Pero starting 2 years old we called it level S students. Pero mostly bagets hanggang 10 years old po ang ma e encounter ninyo. 🤗
