It has the original traction bars made by LAB machine attached to the original GM 4.56 posi-traction coded rear end with stick-welded tubes by Motion Performance. This car also has its born-with M21 close-ratio 4-speed transmission with GM-matching VIN stamp. It has the Motion-installed early-style Lakewood bell housing with two-piece inspection cover and Motion-installed original aluminum Schaefer flywheel, as well as the original date-coded GM power brake booster and master cylinder, and original 4-piston front disc brake calipers. The car also features the Motion-installed fly-eye air cleaner, dual-point Mallory distributor, electric fuel pump in trunk, die-cast valve covers and Ram Charger salmon ignition wires. It comes complete with the original Motion-installed Sun Tach and gauges, along with the original Hurst shifter. The original predecessor to the COPO, this is an original unrestored black/black Baldwin Motion Camaro, with its original 427/425hp engine as installed by Motion Performance before its original sale by Baldwin Chevrolet - a true unrestored Baldwin Motion Camaro in exceptional condition.

I worked for Joel at Motion along with my buddy Stan Noren PART TIME from 1969-1971. Did a lot of jet work on those 3 barrel Carbs and Joel used to take out every cay we did onto Sunrise Highway, in front of the shop and watch him do burnouts and a full quarter milecpass! The shop workers would stand outside and watch as Joel tested them out! Still have a few MOTION valve cover plaques around!
FYI for those that didn't know, Joel Rosen passed on Oct.9, 2023 at 83 years old about 2 weeks before his 84th birthday! Surely he resides along with the likes of Duntov, Shelby,, Jenkins and others from that legendary time!

No. 396s were available in 1967&68 from the factory but not 427s. (All are big blocks)

    Stinger hood on a Camaro?🤔
Sweet! Shame they didn't put a highlighted paint scheme on it.

Tough to not notice a few things that are newer under the hood like the hose clamps and booster master cylinder but the engine for the most part looks like something from the day

You got to be kidding me this is a joke of some sort.. selling these cars at these prices so outrageous an insult to the average person who wants to afford one.. So overprice it's almost comical!

@@dukeallen432 lol, you don't need diamonds, but vehicle transportation is needed via commodity.

You wouldn’t be saying that if you could afford this car, bought it for 530K and sold it 10 years from now for twice that.

  • @jerryespinoza2113

Not worth 1/4 of that. What they are selling is a story worth hearing only by gullible buyers

That car came with a big block just not a 427. The guy doing the intro was not very educated.
