Honestly, MGK is very, very disrespectful. He LITERALLY had the nerve to call Slipknot a group of weird 50 year old guys in masks. If you don't respect the people who built the genre up, you don't belong in it. I would give anything to be a rocker because I respect those guys who give everything on the stage and put in the hours. I wish I could be recognized by those guys. No, they're not my role models, but they're undisputable and unstoppable when it comes to metal. They are some of the craziest, funniest, most successful bands in the genre. And this dude .... I cannot even.
Edit: I'm not saying Slipknot is not a ... weird group of guys for lack of a better word. They definitely are their own form of weird, but they are an awesome group of guys. Corey Taylor is a hilarious, energetic guy who always tries to make everyone laugh or smile. And he does it because he's been through some struggles. Like, suicidal struggles. To me, that makes him a great person because he tries to make other ppls lives better. I don't care if you agree with me or not. I'm just putting my thoughts out there. 🤷🏼♀️

I would never, ever, no matter what, disrespect a legendary band like Slipknot for any reason whatsoever even if I actually hated them. The amount of influence they have, alone, would backfire in my face at the slightest disrespecting action, it's simply not worth it. You just need to respect your elders.
