These stuffers have two gears, one on the bottom that is designed for stuffing and one above that can only be used to quickly reverse your piston out of the canister. The canister is secured to the frame by 4 brackets, 2 on each side. The bottom bracket supports the canister during stuffing from vertical pressure where the top bracket locks it in. Your ground and seasoned meat is loaded into the canister by tilting the canister backward, once it has been filled it needs to be locked back in place. Attach the hand crank to the lower of the two gears on the side and begin cranking. As you crank the gears will turn in the gearbox, forcing the rack down and pushing the piston down through the canister. This will force your meat down and out of the stuffing tube at the bottom and into your casing or meat bag.

Beautiful equipment your working there!
Look to be Haka Brothers stuffers to me. Is that who makes them for you. Not a lot of manufacturing in Wichita
Good review clear, concise and calm delivery. If I was in the us I’d be buying from Walton’s inc! Only suggestion maybe it world be good to stress nozzles are also stainless and show how to change nozzles.

does the canister remove completely for ease of cleaning?
The canisters do completely remove for easy cleaning. When the piston is fully retracted, the canister can tilt back for easy filling or be lifted and removed for filling or cleaning.
I went to their website and looked at a question asked under their 11lb model:"Where are these manufactured?" and their answer was a ridiculously embarrassing "OVER SEAS" !!! Apparently they are too ashamed to be transparent and say CHINA. Sad.
I agree, but I’m had a very difficult time finding one that is made in the USA. It looks as if most of these stuffers are all the same or very similar and manufactured by the same company in China then rebranded.
I can’t find a single one that’s made here. If you do let me know.
